Hampton Inn Lindale/Tyler - Lindale, Texas

Booked this hotel at the last minute while traveling. Arrived around 9:30 PM and even though there was a sign on the door stating that the hotel was sold out for the night, front desk staff was available to check us in immediately upon arrival. The clerk was friendly and gave a good advice for where to park.

The room we were given was clean and in working order. Despite being across from the elevator, we had a quiet night.

A couple of small things to fix: I would’ve liked to have had a couple of more hand towels and washcloths, a double sink, a full-length mirror in the room, and an exhaust fan in the bathroom.

The breakfast buffet had a great selection. We chose from hash brown cakes, sausage gravy, biscuits, bacon, cheese omelettes, Belgian waffles, pastries and cereal and hot oatmeal. The coffee was fresh and there was an attendant on site making sure everything was clean and stocked.

I didn’t have to wait to check out in the morning because the front desk was staffed with a friendly and helpful clerk.

I stayed with my boyfriend, and he had stayed here before. We would definitely recommend this hotel for future stays.

The staff was awesome and friendly. I even put some candy in one of the Christmas Stockings for the employee. I don't remember his name, but he was friendly friendly and made me feel at home. I loved the Christmas decorations.

This is a very nice Hampton for a quick overnight stop! The hotel is a bit older but has been updated and is very clean. The room was nice and clean, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was also decent. I'd definitely stay here again when in the area!

Just off the main road with fast food and gas stations within walking distance... very clean and smells good even at the end of the day... the bed was comfortable, and they have full-size bottles of shampoo,conditioner,body wash, and lotion available in the bathroom.. 10.6.24 The young lady who made breakfast and checked us out was friendly. Thank you for a quick nice stay

Rooms were amazing spacious, showers had amazing pressure, bathrooms were clean and the TV was big but some channels took some time to show the picture.
Room service was a bit aggressive with the knock and enter but understandable due to 3 floors of rooms.
Finally great location due to being off the highway but also note that depending on the time that you leave or enter there will be traffic jams. #WelcomeToTexas

I stayed here one night a week ago and waited to write my review. I had forgotten my water bottle in the fridge but called two hours after I had checked out and I was assured that the manager, Chris Henderson would make sure it was mailed to me. I received it today! Not only would I give Chris and his staff 5 stars but everything else about the hotel was impressive like the pool, the well lit parking and everything was clean and smelled fresh. I will definitely stay here again!

This hotel was great! Kinsley at the front desk was very friendly, informative and helpful!! My husband had to take classes in Lindale for a new job and our stay was wonderful. It’s very quiet and peaceful. Great hot breakfast as well! Beds very comfortable and nice hot showers/baths! Y’all chose this hotel and look for Kinsley!!

Don't let the age fool you! Although this is a bit of an older hotel the inside is renvoated and up to date. On top of that it is incredibly clean and well maintained. Our room was very clean and comfortable. All the staff we encountered were above and beyond helpful. The lobby are was tastefully decoretd for Christmas and they even had little coloring sheets and crayons packs out for any little travelers. The fresh baked cookies were a pleasant surpirse. Who doesn't love a warm cookie! Great place to stay and would for sure reccommend and stay here again! Also, we were hauling a livestock trailer and there was plenty of parking...total bonus points there!
