I am still very disappointed with how my entire process happened. Especially when I told everyone how I wasn't in any hurry to make the purchase, and wanted to make sure there was not any upcoming sales like the current Labor Day sale. I kept questioning any potential sales due to both Skytrak and Flightscope having sales at the time of my purchase.

I am very much feeling like I was lied to just to get a sale. Which is where most of my frustration comes from. Now the product is on sale at $550 off the original price a little more than a month later. And all I get is sorry about that, but your sales totals and profit margins were increased and that all that really matters.

I wished that I would have made my purchase directly from Uneekor instead of Gungho Golf. At least Uneekor is trying to come to some solution instead of my sorry about that and we will charge you 15% fee for any return I got from Gungho Golf. Again very much disappointed in the lack of the same customer service that I am getting with Uneekor compared to that from Gungho Golf.

Giving two star because I know people personally that had good experiences and I heard their products are good. Now, not everyone has nice things to say and I can’t either. My issue was, I ordered a Bushnell Launch Pro and they drop ship directly from Bushnell. It clearly stated ships in 2-3 business days on their website. I asked for an update on business day 4 and was told Bushnell is behind about a week. Ok, whatever. Not a big deal. Asked for an update a week later. Never heard back. Asked again, nothing. Coming up on three weeks after I placed my order, I call and was told it was shipping that day. Next day, nothing. I called again and was told it had not shipped and was supposed to that day. At end of day, they don’t have tracking and I’m annoyed so I canceled order. Then shortly later find out it was just shipped but I had already ordered from Bushnell directly so it was too late. Also, I was never refunded so I disputed with my credit card company. I cannot recommend them.
