Nice traditional hotel, reasonable price, clean rooms, good breakfast. Very quiet, but have in mind that the clock bell 100m away is ringing each 15min. till midnight and starts 4 or 5 in the morning 🌅 😀. I personally didn’t succeed sleeping with open window.

Very charming hotel in the wine region. It's quite old, but stays charming and the staff speaks English and is very welcoming. The restaurant was not perfect, lots of waiting and confusion about my order, as the English menu doesn't fit 100% the german one. I went eventually to a nearby restaurant to dine. But the plate I got was very nice, so I can't but give 5*. The breakfast was amazing, and they let me stay in a far away table so I could bring my pet over. Amazing service! The pool was clean, the room too. Lots of parking, and nearby there's an amazing wine tasting shop worth a visit.

Check the weather forecast before booking this Hotel. No air conditioning or room fan's will make your stay very uncomfortable in hot weather. When busy you may have to park in a side street overnight. The restaurant food is good but expensive. The nearby restaurant has a more extensive menu.

Room is nice. A bit dated in terms of decor, but very clean and comfortable. I agree with others comments on parking. I was lucky to get the last spot. Restaurant was great - excellent meal. The ice cream was a great finish! Nice people - they definitely speak english well!

I am going to be a tad brutal here the room smelt of BO which was unpleasant but rectified with some deodorant. However we were not warned that building work was happening .Having driven from Italy I was breaking my journey halfway through Germany I was rather horrified to be woken up by drilling at 8 o’clock in the morning.|If I had been warned about the noise I would have stayed somewhere else. Having said that that the beds are comfortable although the room was stuffy as no Aircon and the window/door only opened 4 cm they are clearly upgrading the hotel so hopefully that will improve matters. I did not eat so cannot comment on the food but I suspect it will be fine .

A lovely older hotel, great location in the centre of town! Had a car park so parking was very easy. A little bakery right next door! |We had a large room with a small patio, great black out shutters! Large bathroom with great shower and bath! Quiet room!|We had forgotten it had a pool, but what a great pool, our daughter loved it! Water was a little chilly but we stayed in for a good 2 hours!! There is a sauna there too! |Restaurant was lovely, excellent service. Delicious food!|We walked into the town after dinner and it was a lovely evening!|Would definitely stay again if we were in this region.

We were supposed to stay in Rothenburg for the night but after seeing how ridiculously touristy it was we decided to skip town and find something more quaint. Stumbled across this place and absolutely loved it. The staff was so nice and helpful and set us up with a room right away. Not much to do around the town but this is a wonderful place to relax. We shared a bottle of wine on the patio. Then had dinner in their restaurant which was excellent. The room was lovely and spacious (Carpeting would be my only complaint). Our room faced the street and we had the windows open at night. It did get a little noisy in the morning with tractors driving through a bunch. The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious!!!! They even had a Nutella dispenser which I've never seen before. Would definitely stay here again!

We were first looking for hotels in the direct area of city Wurzburg and some other places. But eventually we ended up in this lot smaller village a bit further away from the highways and some main roads. And it was nice. The village is nicely located within one of the wine districts of Germany and they produce their own wine with their local wine houses. Several types of grapes grow here so a decent variety in wines with a nice quality. The hotel itself is located right in the middle of this village. Small village but with nice people and celebrating their local traditions and culture. Price quality ratio is good as you get a good sized room and bathroom, clean and our booking had breakfast included. Beds were good only the missing airco was a bit of a challenge as we had full sun warming up our room. Breakfast is good and good variety in choices. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool area not big but the water was nice. A pity the bathrobe and slippers are not standard in the room. For food the restaurant offers a good menu with big portions of good quality for a decent price. For a three star hotel certainly a recommendation. With some changes and additions they could get a four star rating.
