Most family friendly hotel we've stayed at! Tika & Charmaine are the best front desk people we've ever encountered! The house keepers are very accommodating and helpful as well. My family has been here almost a month and haven't had any problems. This location is perfectly placed between entertainment and restaurants!! I could go on and on about how great the hospitality has been during our stay but then we'd be here forever! Keep up the great work staff!!

If I could give this place a negative score I would. We stayed here for two nights and had the most AWFUL experience ever. BUGS in the room, dirty bathroom and there was old food in the corner of the room. Not to mention the AC was broken! The front desk would not come out of the back office when we attempted to ask about these problems. Instead the woman yelled from the back office and cursed at us. If it hadn't been such a busy weekend with no hotels available in the area we would have left immediately. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this hell hole.

I booked a room online early in the day but couldn’t check in until night, Charmaine was behind the desk and had a huge smile on her face. I felt welcomed and my check in process was a breeze. Five stars for her!!

Np paper cups, smells like mold, very old setup. When I turned on the AC and when the fan started, it was stinking like sewer. Turned off the AC to get rid of the smell. It took many hours for the stink to leave the room

I was scammed by extended stay! I paid for a room online through Priceline,and when I just tried to check in a few minutes ago, the lady at the front desk her name is CHARMAIN was talking to some guy and ignored me. I told her I wanted to check in and she looked me up and down and made things very awkward and uncomfortable. She then started to ask me personal questions and wanted me to answer them out loud with this random guy standing there.she demanded that I tell her where I work at, which seemed like a fraudulent and invasion of privacy question. I told her I didn’t feel comfortable answering those personal questions. She took my id and stared at it for literally about 5 minutes. She was just staring at it like a creep. and she said “ok I see ur not from out here” she gave me Stalker vibes. i felt like i was being booked into jail instead of a hotel to relax in. I personally didn’t feel comfortable with her handling my private information to be honest.i informed her I wasnt comfortable sharing my private information out loud with some random person standing there. She then said that she’s gonna refuse me service and I had to leave with no refund! she wanted to argue with me so bad but nobody has time for that ghetto stuff except for her. She also asked me “why do u want to stay here?” I ended up going to the Wyndham with no problems.quick check in very professional very relaxing and welcoming, smells fresh and clean. Beautiful hotel. I think it was a blessing in disguise honestly. I Will never book with extended stay ever again in my life. Which is unfortunate for them because I book hotels quite often. The last time I stayed a few weeks prior, it was nicer. the girl with the dreads was sweet and accommodating. She didn’t bombard me with personal questions, etc. she didn’t give jealous vibes like this other lady.

Positive: Hotel employee a clerk girl was very polite and profesional!She had very sociable skills! Negative: Carpet was stained and dirty, cable channel tv did not work, dirty and stain on carpet in the room and a roach in room too, I asked for soap and did not give me one and they were out of toilet paper, did not like it much!

My stay at extended stay roundrock south suites had been phenomenal! Room was in tip top shape and also there is a lot of things to do in the area! The beautiful girl named Denise was very professional and resourceful when it came to telling me some cool things to do in the area ! Cheap & good quality hotel what a steal ! All the other extended stays I been to in Austin kinda sucked but this one is by far my favorite one
