Excellent customer service from Patrick at check out and check in. The car was inspected and checked off before rental and the process was completed fairly quick. The vehicle itself was clean and relatively new with no issues. I just wish they had a drop box for late returns but they didn't and they closed early at 6pm. Price was also reasonable and a gas station was nearby.

Car was fine, employees in the store were fine, the calls begging for money and using a weirdly worded script just for your $300 is annoying. It's like you want to be a tax collector for the IRS, but you lack the gonads. Turned in the car 3 weeks early and I am now using hurts. I've also put in complaints with mercury as they are the ones who recommended you. If enterprise needs the $300 bucks so bad they will herrass their customers like the IRS, they shouldn't be in business

My Palmdale Enterprise is amazing. They are always on time for pickup. The driver is very nice and they get you in and out quickly. They are very professional. I just wish they had popcorn or snacks! lol..Overall they are amazing!

Rented a car for the weekend for a trip to Vegas, did the vehicle inspection before leaving the lot, got to the house to load my stuff opened the center console to put my charger inside and found a joint inside it. Went back to show the worker so that I don't get accused of smoking in the car and get charged. Other than that no problems with the rental and the worker's were outstanding.

Really bad customer service, they charge extra fee to clean the car but they give you the car either dirty or wet. They can’t even dry the car.
I got a car with really bad tabaco/ cigarette smell, I complained about it thro a manager who texted me for survey and they didn’t find who was the person who texted me to see the complain.
Honestly I would’ve prefer using my second car instand of renting to save on gas.
Very Disappointed from this company, easy way to make extra $100. Plus they don’t even fill up the gas tank.

When picking up through insurance reservation, they picked me up from the body shop repair place. They had a few options for me to pick from. There were some small areas that might have needed extra cleaning in the car but aside from that it was a good experience. When dropping off the car they were able to take me home since I was within the 5 miles.

Booked online..went to pick up and was in and out within 5 minutes. Very friendly staff. When I dropped the car off was just as easy and they even gave me a ride to the machines to pick up my car.
