Hotel is in a nice central location. Everything was fine until we returned to our room on a rainy night and saw a HUGE roach in the bathroom. I captured it to show the front desk and release outside and they seemed indifferent. It’s probably not the first time they’ve seen/heard about this problem. And even better, on my way back I saw another one hanging out on a different room’s door number sign on the same floor (2nd).

The room was very clean and spacious. The location was perfect and close to everything I needed. The front desk was very responsive on the Marriott app and checking in/out was a breeze. My only issues are the pool was absolutely filthy, the pillows were extremely soft and uncomfortable, and the showers don’t have shelves so everything had to sit on the shower floor. Overall, the hotel and staff were amazing and I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is overall nice. Great breakfast. Professional stuff. yet I experienced very ruff and noisy night due to neighbors/asked for discount without success

maybe due to the shooting range close by - visitors at the hotel we're not exactly godly people /may God give you good people there especially when traveling with children/

Modern Classics

Let me start by saying that I very seldom do reviews online. Most people will only complete a review if the service is outstanding or horrible. This hotel is the cleanest 3-star hotel that I have ever stayed in and I travel. It looks like a 4-5 star hotel on the inside. The rooms are huge with all the amenities, the staff is great and the workout room looks like a small gym. Very clean, very modern, and very accommodating. I will be back!

This location has definitely gone downhill over the last couple years since I stayed the last time. EV chargers don't work at Element or the attached Aloft Hotel. Staff don't respond to chats in the Bonvoy app as they're supposed to, breakfast wasn't stocked well at all - an hour before the breakfast cutoff, about the only items left were boiled eggs and cold cereal with no milk, and a few apples. Really embarrassing, for a Marriott brand, I must say. Rooms are also not very well maintained, with carpet tiles fraying and lack of thorough cleaning throughout. Definitely lots of work to do, but the potential is there to restore this place to its former glory.

The room was spacious and clean. Continental breakfast was good, but get there early Sunday, or a lot of stuff will be gone, especially plates and silverware. The front desk was not around when we tried to check in. Had done online check-in, but it did not give a room number. Bikes available to use. We will stay again.

Extremely comfy beds, very clean space, and calm area. A HUGE thank you to the manager and overnight staff for being incredibly friendly and helpful! Definitely will be coming back in the future!

I came here on business a few months ago and had to rush in the morning to catch a flight and forgot a bunch of stuff, including my glasses. I don't remember who I spoke to on the phone, but he was so helpful and made sure my things were sent to my house (I lived across the country). I am so impressed and thankful for the kindness!
