I am very unhappy with this doctors office. This review is mostly for the front office staff. My test results were sent to the office on November 7th and no one bothered to call me. I called Nov 21st and the front desk staff said they will let the doctor know and that he would call me back. Mind you this isn't' the first time they have said that. A month ago same thing, never called me back. Why is it so hard to get them to care? I called today Nov 22nd and waited ten minutes on hold only for someone to answer and purposely hang up on me (yes i heard them answer and hang up the call immediately). I haven't been angry or upset in a long time but now I am. I just wish someone would actually care to help. I've been going to this doctor for over 2 years now trying to solve my problem.

Doctor was so nice and listened to my concerns and so helpful. However, the front lady was so rude. When I got there, she tapped the desk to write down my name and arrived at the time instead of saying to me! She wasn’t on the phone or not busy at all! I’m giving three stars because of her.

Staff there (Especially at the front, Old Korean women name Michelle) is an absolutely inefficient, less than average, un-mannered acting working staff ever in Ktown! Never had this worst, hectic, somewhat annoying patient service MD clinic before with her. She said the new prescription was sent yesterday evening which I found out it wasn't! Being upset and lying to their patient? Seriously?

Asked them why nobody, literally no one is picking up a phone and the excuse was just because they're super busy. Can't just handle all the phone calls that theyre receiving... I called them 5 times yesterday, 10 times today, with at least 15 minutes of waiting period on each call due to urgent matter!

Only one star goes to Dr.Bae who is nice to patients for sure. Staffs? Need to replace them! Disgusting, annoyed mindset to their patients. Not improving since years back...

Had an upper endoscopy. The staff was timely, efficient, friendly and courteous. I was in and out in 2 and a half hours. What more would anyone want. Nice place.
