I recently had nose surgery with Dr Bryan Ho. I had an excellent experience with him and his staff. Possibly one of best experiences of my life.
My nose was so bad my entire life. I was never about to breathe out of the left side of my nose my entire life and only breathe out of the right side of my nose on “good day” which was maybe only 10% of the time. I have been a mouth breather my entire life. I would have an itch scratchy throat every night. I just excepted this a normal in my life which was my own fault I didn’t know any better. I also was waking up like 2 to 3 times a night to go to the bathroom so I was nervous and went to the urologist he said everything was fine it most likely because i was snoring at night and not able to breathe. So then i looked for a ENT near me. I found Dr. Ho online I made an appointment and went to see him. On our first meeting he was very nice and knowledgeable he explained to me why my nose was so bad and that I would need a CAT scan to see the extent of what was the root cause. After seeing that my nose was very damaged from genetics and just being an active ( probably breaking my nose multiple times over my life) I went with surgery with him. He did a excellent job with my nose. I can breathe out of both side of my nose now.
I’m sleeping through the night now and my wife says I don’t snore anymore. My experience with Dr Ho and his staff has been life changing. From his bedside manner to explaining the surgery to me and what he would have to do and taking the time to answer my question and my concerns with the surgery being I do construction and couldn’t get dust up my nose and taking great care of me post surgery. He is friendly and very knowledgeable. His staff is always cheerful and willing and able to help with any scheduling appointments that I’ve needed. I personally always like going to his office. In short Dr. Bryan Ho has made the quality of my life better and I am so very thankful to be one of his patients.

He basically butchered my wife's intranasal lesion during 5 minutes of so called "operation" and find out later his office charged $4,500 !!! l am furious with him and his office..
still insurance company still dealing with this outrageous cost of doing nothing ,no better outcome result of this doctor.
please, please don't go there you will be sucked in to way overcharged bills to pay.
By the way;
doctor is Bryan Ta Ho

response to office; Yes, l stand strongly what l post here..this is the hard truth about how He operates with certain patients..if l knew She would be in such unnecessary and cruel pain without any calming methods to use, never allowed this procedure. She was crying all the way back home with unbearable pain..funny things is that..problem still exists and time to take her real doctor with little bit of conscious

I changed my 1 star to a 2 star because he did confirmed that I needed to get a 2nd opinion on another dr I’m seeing and staff was friendly. but the 1star is because Dr. Ho never sent in the rx to pharmacy like he said he was. I felt a little rushed and that he didn’t do a thorough exam. He just checked my nose and that was it. And played tag team by just sending me to his allergist whom I only saw the PA. She even says Dr. Ho never sent in rx and asked “he never checked your ears”. So I felt cheated.

I am a new patient with Dr. Bryan Ho and had an outstanding experience! I was initially impressed by his office space and the greeting I received from his staff at check in. It was very different from my usual experience going to what I call “factory” doctors. Dr. Ho was very professional and I was surprised by how long he took to learn my medical history. He then did a thorough exam and made succinct recommendations as to the best course of treatment. At no time did I feel rushed and he maintained a very calm and engaging demeanor. I loved the experience and am happy to have found a truly caring ENT doctor!

I went o see Dr Ho for a swollen salivary gland. He has terrible bed side manners. He looked at it and dug his finger in my mouth to feel the lump which was painful. Then told me I need to have surgery to remove it. I asked what it was or what could it be? His response “I don’t know”…every question was “I don’t know”Spent less than 3 min with me. He was too lazy to have a conversation with me. I went to a specialist for some answers or at least possible cause. He wrote a script for an ultrasound and needle aspirate and told me I would need surgery. I told him I was scared and he said you should be relieved you are not going to die because I don’t think it’s cancer. I ask how big of and incision will he need to make and he referred about 4” with his fingers. I left feeling terrified and pushed through. I came home scared and did some research on YouTube. I diagnosed myself and healed the swollen gland myself with warm compresses and lemon juice (to activate the gland) daily for 2 weeks. I saved myself from expenses procedures, surgery and a 4” scar under my chin. Dr Ho is a horrible person and Dr. No compassion only MONEY driven.
