They cancel my appt at 9:40am by calling me at 8:30am. I made the appt 4 months before and drove 2 hour to that place then they said appt was cancel. The frond desk name Blanca and another manager name Nettie (I dont know if they gave me the right name cause they tried to hide it when i ask) are very rude, uneducated and unprofessional. They toward me to the call center to complain. And trie to scare me by calling security. Never come here again. And DONT COME HERE

I’ve met Dr Ho once for a physical. I really liked her. Very personable. However it takes 1.5 - 2 months to get an appointment with her for an existing patient! This is unacceptable. I’ve found another local Dr that gets me in within 48 hours. When you are sick and need a Dr, waiting nearly two months for availability does not work for me. Does this work for anyone

Yes I am here to say if you read reviews and trust them read this and trust me and don’t make this doctor and office as your medical provider.
I am a new client visiting their office for the first time, I was confused of the direction I was in their complex medical grounds well ahead of time.. I first was met with a rude shock when I met a office personnel with a bad attitude toward me just coz I was late only for 5 minutes, I knew unless the doctor came out to tell me herself or himself coz I have never met the doctor before, I was not going to trust her, I knew everybody wanted to be out of office because tomorrow is a thanksgiving day but this is not the way to give thanks when God has provided you with a job to eat from. JESSICA the front office lady unless the doctor came and said she won’t see me , i am sorry I did not like your attitude toward me just coz i was late for 3 minutes… i hope one day you will be late 3 minutes and somebody did to you what you just did. I am not sure I wish you a happy thanks giving day. You should not have come to the office with an attitude like that to a client when they are only 3 minutes lates.PLEASE TRUST MY REVIEW AND STAY AWAY FRKM THIS OFFICE!!

Let me start by saying that when I walked into this Dr. Office I felt like I was waiting in a bread line, lack of customer service. They directed me to fill out all my personal information on a kiosk with others standing directly behind me that can see all my personal information. Not a good practice to protect patients information. That’s only the start.

First time visiting Dr. Ho, I brought her my medical history, after discussing my medical treatment from a previous Dr. That my new insurance won’t cover I get stuck with Dr. Ho can care LESS about my medical discomforts, then instead of her being my primary Dr, this doctor pushes my medical treatment to a specialist that I paid additional $100 out of pocket for NO REASON at all and Dr. Ho sends me to a Orthopedic Dr to include my back which I’ve never complained to her about any back issues, I advised this Dr. That I had previous surgery and have been dealing with discomfort for over 20 years, and now she sends me to a orthopedic that wants to put needles in my body.

This Dr. Can care less about the patients care, and more about patient volume and MONEY!

Avoid this Dr. at all costs……
