I’d give them ZERO stars if I could! Mold all over the room. Screws sticking up from the floor. The entire hotel stunk of cigarettes & pot. The heater didn’t work and it was 40 degrees that night. The towels had unmentionable stains. Roaches are plentiful there-but they didn’t chip in for the room! There are holes in the doors and walls. Screws sticking up from the floor. They have the audacity to charge a deposit and then KEPT my deposit. We paid $222 for a nasty horrible room that we froze in. Don’t waist your time booking here.

38° outside and no heat in the hotel rooms. It's also very rundown. I thought I was going to step through the shower. I could feel the tub giving as I was walking across it. The breakfast buffet is laughable. Stay elsewhere.

The hotel was not in a great part of town and the rooms were not nice. When we got off the elevator there was a musty odor in hall and our room. There were large boxes all down the hallway. It looks like they may have recently "renovated" the room with the cheapest of cheap mattress, curtains, and paint job. The mattress was cheap and uncomfortable. The curtains barely covered the window and didn't keep out light at night. The paint job is terrible, painting over things that should be fixed, painting light plate, splatters on floor. The blow dryer shorted out while I was using it, sparks flying and crackling. The heater didn't work, it was warmer with heater off. The shower water was luke warm.

I would give a zero if I could. So far the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. Dirty room, stinky environment, mold all over the room, roaches all over. Didn’t feel safe at all because of all the cracks in walls and door. Told front desk about my experience, she was shocked like she didn’t know.. Wasn’t worth the money at all. Y’all really need to do better with this place.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The breakfast was plentiful, the staff was professional, and the atmosphere was sophisticated. I will definitely stay here on my next educational trip. I can sincerely recommend this hotel. It was affordable , and close to the National Louis University. There were too many amenities to list ,and I would say that their best qualities were the beautiful decorated rooms, architecture , and top notch customer service. Thank you for helping make my stay so great!

My girlfriend and I had just completed a grueling 10+ Hour drive to Tampa from Nashville. All we wanted to do was get our bags into the room so we can unpack a little and get some sleep. We checked in, the gentleman at the front desk was reasonably friendly, but we came to discover that the elevator was out of order. Stuff breaks, I get it, but my girlfriend can't lift anything over 25 pounds (Post C-section) and couldn't help me lift some of our luggage. Again, fine. But the staff didn't even offer to help?

When I finally get the bags into the room we're greeted with light bulbs in the ceiling that don't work, so the room is extremely dark. We decided to take a shower because it's been a long day, only to find a ton of someone else's hair on ALL of the bathroom towels. So we air, dried.

This morning we were woken up to the sound of a nail gun, hammers, and drills in the room adjacent to ours. I totally understand that the hotel needs to renovate (this place is in awful shape) but they couldn't work on a room that doesn't have anyone near it? Or at least give us a warning of when the work will be performed in the morning so it's not such a surprise? Not cool.

I only stayed 2 nights at this location and was very disappointed, but I wasn’t surprised. For a 2 star hotel the rooms were very spacious and beds were comfortable. This is personal preference but I couldn’t connect my ps5 to the TV, they had a shoddy little desk area where you would buy food and drinks and they were also EXTREMELY slow when it came customer service. I had arrived from a long trip and got there late around 11 and had to wait in the lobby for around an Hour to book in. The hotel building smelled of a burnt smell and a lingering cigarette and marijuana.
