The owners are amazing people. And are humble. My husband and our little one stayed here a few times already since our apartment caught fire , and the kindness and hospitality they show is above and beyond. The maids are just as nice and helpful. Each room we had was clean and affordable. We haven't seen any roaches like we have at other hotels so that's a plus. U get what you pay for. And as of now this is what we can afford. And it's decent and convenient enough for me to still go to work and take my daughter to school on one bus ride. I have no complaints.

It's a budget hotel so it ain't pretty. But my room was very clean. The couple who owns it are so sweet and friendly. I'd stay there again. I'd prefer to save some money on my hotel and then treat myself to a nice dinner

The room was well kept and clean. The front desk manager was very friendly. The location was close to the highways. Dominos delivered Pizza to my room in less that 10 mins.

Yikes! This is the worst place I have ever seen. It is in a terrible location next to a homeless camp. The pool was closed due to health inspection. The breakfast was discontinued due to health violations. The room was dirty and smelly. The sheets had blood stains and cigarette burns in them. The only good thing was that the front desk worker was so nice and friendly. He helped us cancel our reservation and refund us the money. There was no way in heck we were staying there. Yikes!!

Stayed here for 2 nights made the mistake of not fully reading the reviews.
Upon arrival, the manager was closing the pool. Checked in, and he informed us that the pool would be closed for 2 weeks due to maintenance. Then he told us breakfast wasn't being offered anymore. We asked if we would get any kind of discount as all the amenities we thought we paid for were CLOSED due to maintenance. Manager came up up with a dumb discount that was suppossably for the amenities not being in service. It was all a lie. I ended up taking the room, there was no time to look for something else we had drove 12 hours. My kids and family were exhausted.

Rooms: The bathtub was clogged, would not drain water at all! Toilet was loose, not fully screwed in! A/C only worked for about an hour, then out nowhere started blowing hot air, we ended up turning it off. Microwave DIDN'T HEAT AT ALL! Dirty walls, nasty filthy smell, dusty furniture, dirty broken couch, wifi worked for a while the got "disconnected." This was in room 27!

Do not recommend this place, don't waste your money. Rooms need a good deep cleaning/upgrade. Only go here if this is your last resource!

This hotel should not exist. I made the mistake of booking it for work trip without looking at reviews. It's completely run down to the point that it's not safe. I booked two nights and crashed on friend's couch after spending one night at this place.

My room was filthy. Splatter on the wall, dirt on the carpet, sticky filth on surfaces. Furniture was broken. Lamps broken. Stains on the chair. Door had clearly been kicked in multiple times - jamb was held by a few nails. Thankfully, bed linen was relatively clean (small stains did not count at this point).

The motel itself is sketchy. There was construction trash dumped outside my window on hotel grounds. There's pool, but it was closed by department of health. There was supposed to be breakfast, but breakfast area seems to be doubling up as hotel manager's kitchen and living quarters, so that was not even mentioned. I had a drugged up girl sitting in front of my room for a couple hours, smoking cigarettes one after another and mumbling something non stop.

The area is a mess. Homeless wandering the sidewalks, burned out conifers across the street with homeless shack in between them.

You should only book this as a last resort or if you like extreme visceral tourism experiences. If you are a solo woman, think twice. The hotel feels like living inside a crime flick waiting for a gang showdown to start next door.

They do not comply with what they say when you do booking, they would charge me $ 25 for my pet and it turns out that they did not accept and then they wanted to charge me $ 50 dollars per night for my terrible pet I preferred to cancel.
