Preiswertes Motel direkt an der Interstate. Für eine Nacht ausreichend, mehr aber auch nicht

TERRIBLE! DO NOT STAY HERE! My dad, my sister, and myself all booked rooms here to stay over Thanksgiving break. My sister's room wasn't ready when it was supposed to be. My dad was given a key to an occupied room and had to go back to the front desk for a different room. When he was given a new room, it was filthy. When I went to check in they told me they didn't have my reservation or my sister's even though my sister already checked in. When I told him that he asked me what room she was in and was shocked she checked in because he couldn't find her name anyway in the system. I never got a room and had to stay somewhere else. I WILL NEVER COME BACK. The front desk man was horrible and had a very rude attitude.

This hotel should be condemned. It is inhabitable and out of code. No hot water, smells moldy, not properly cleaned/disinfected. Black mold in shower, door handles broken and dead lock removed so house keeping can come in whenever. The room we stayed in was by far the grossest hotel we've ever been in. If I could post pics I would. Do yourself a favor and go to The Days Inn in round rock. Better price and AMAZING rooms!!! How a hotel should look.... it's been over a week and still no refund from this hotel. I tried calling the manager and he cussed me out

The hotel (IS) was not a safe or clean environment for solo travelers or families with small children. The online images were deceiving, and the rooms were not as advertised. Moldy bed sheets and a stained pillowcase were provided, and the floor and walls were dirty with dead crickets. The refrigerator iced over and dripping water creating a slip hazard. Immigrants lined the second floor railing, cat calling and whistling. 3:30 am in morning, loud pounding on my door, three immigrants laughing, I threatened to call the police and they left. I told manager Danny however the hotel refused to refund the full amount of four days booked with only one night stay. When I requested it, they did offer a partial refund. I would recommend staying at Best Western Inn in Georgetown instead, which offers clean and secure rooms, delicious breakfast, and friendly staff.

I woke up in the morning and there were crickets all over the floor black mold in the ceiling of the shower, large gap underneath the front door busted locks. The worst of all is the staff. The person at the front desk would not help me whatsoever. Would not call. Manager wouldn't do anything about it. All I was looking for was you know a little reconciliation. I would never ever let anyone but someone on death row stay here.

I arrived to check in and the lady from Alabama was obviously sleeping and perturbed to be woken up. We had some issues paying online so she called a man for assistance. He came in and immediately treated me like trash and threatened to call the police on me for getting an attitude. Please understand that calling the police on anyone in America, especially in Texas is a threat on ones life. You don't threaten to call the police on people then try to shoo them away as if they are a bug. Please invest in some cultural understanding, customer service training and social responsibility for your employees, clean up your hotel and stop capitalizing off Americans while treating us horribly. I'm building my first hotel and I change lives every day. I would never allow someone to treat anyone the way he treated me. I have filed a complaint with the better Business bureau because I consider calling the police a threat on my life. Please don't ever threaten my life again. Thank you.

Front desk person was friendly enough. I booked a double queen non-smoking online but was given a single king. I went back to desk for different room. Was given a smoking double queen that reeked of cigarettes. We made do 'cause it was late. Bathroom was in disrepair, missing several tiles and moldy. Thick layer of dust on the blow dryer. Loud people all night above us. Won't be back.

My husband, son and I had a bad experience here. First we were moved rooms 3 different times. Tv was not working the tub had holes in it along with the faucet knob being completely broken. When we moved to a new room we thought we were good, but I had noticed my son just squirming all night and when we got up in the morning I noticed my sons eye was swollen shut along with bites all along his cheek, ear, neck and back. And when we went to just get a new room the front desk guy just refunded us without confirming. We are here for work and we spent the last of our money on this hotel just for our refund to not hit for another day. So we are stuck without a place to stay and when we asked if he could let us stay just the night his response was just “well I already refunded so” completely disregarding the fact that my son has his eye swollen shut and bites all over due to bed bugs in yalls rooms. Really disappointed with that experience.
