We had a nice stay. It looks like they have recently remodeled the place. Our room looked like new.
Good location, friendly service, good breakfast, clean room, and comfortable bed. Oh, and reasonably priced. Will definitely stay here again.

Mack Patel is the.man. I made a critical error in my reservation, Mack was very gracious helping me correct it, he didn't have to but he did, very reasonable. Rooms are newly renovated, so try it for a night. I bet you'll stay. This will be my go to when passing through Gainesville. Thanks Mack!

Nicely renovated with strategic location, though difficult to approach from 82 westbound. Room was clean and pleasant upon entry. Only major drawback is that door locks were apparently reused for renovation and deadbolt did not engage strike plate. This condition provides the dangerous illusion of security while in fact leaving occupants open to invasion. All rooms should be inspected for this hazard.

Wow! Impressive in all respects. I little shy on truck parking but the mgr let me park along driveway. Very clean. Quiet. Great AC. Strong water pressure. The whole place looks new. Nice change from usually staying in Denton. I highly recommend.

We stayed 2 nights. There was no coffee pot in room and the breakfast bar was very slim choices. We ended up eating breakfast elsewhere. The parking area has some old junk laying around. It is an older motel theat looks to have been renovated. Bed are comfortable however have to have volume turned up on tv to hear it over the air conditioning

I stayed at the Days Inn in Gainesville, TX , I booked the room online prior to arriving there, initially I selected the hotel due to the excellent price, my check in was flawless and to my surprise the hotel just had a renovation done. The renovation was done very well, and the bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in, there was no issues whatsoever in the rooms, excellent service, room quality and price ($73 including tax)

The room I was in had been remodeled, had comfortable bed and pillows! The location was 15 minutes from the Winstar casino and Lucas oil center. It’s right off the freeway. Burger King and WhatABurger are very close by and a Waffle House!
