Location is not too far away from downtown, and it is pretty quiet. The front desk says check out at 11am, but the sign in the room still says 12pm, so was a little confusing. The room was quite big and had a lot of space to enjoy. Breakfast was ready in the promised time and was hot. Fitness was available. The front desk was helpful and respectful in answering questions. There was a $6.99 extra at check in, which was quite rare, never seen this at another Choice hotel.

I don't recommend this hotel because 1 they charge a $150 fee if you stain the sheets and when we got in the room there was already a stain on the sheets, stains on the curtains, stains on the bathroom and on the wall in the bathroom, no hot water, my boyfriend tried to eat the biscuits but they were so hard he couldn't even cut in them, the railing in one the elevators is broken and the other one opens and closes really slow and staff didn't seem very friendly when we told them about the problems we were having. I give 1 star because they could do better then that

Positive: Nothing. The jetted tub stopped working and had to get the staff to fix it then it broke again as soon as we got in it. Wouldn?t blow at all. Negative: They told us that they would be keeping 20$ of our deposit for having kids!!! We have twins that always sleep in our king bed and they charged us for it.. that?s ridiculous. Ended up charging us 26.99 from our deposit for a ?6.99 daily fee?. FILTHY too

Even though they are updating, it's a slum. A true polished turd, elevator was missing handrail, entry door to 503 made a soul hurting screech everytime it was opened. Shower light didn't work, coffee pot was broken, nice marble around tub installed on rusty old tub, caulk applied into rust.shower head although new wasn't tightened and leaked. Toilet barely flushed. New furniture, except outdated picture frames and aged pictures , lamps were old with holes in the shades and buttons didn't work,windows opened , outdated to allow jumpers free access or a kid to fall out. Not a good place to stay. Don't waste your money.

Front desk was extremely understanding and helpful during my rough time. Breakfast is always hot and ready. The lobby is always well maintained as well as the guest bathroom. I was comfortable with my stay and felt right at home. I appreciate all the hospitality and will continue to stay when I am in town.

The room was adequate. Like any other hotel room. They have coffee in the lobby at all times and a hot breakfast but for information purposes if you book through a booking company you have to pay a deposit of 50$ on card that takes awhile to get back minus their 6.99 fee or 150.00 cash but if you go inside and book there no deposit but more expensive.
