Wir haben knapp zwei Wochen im Conrad Orlando verbracht. Unsere Vorfreude war riesig, doch bereits beim Checkin erlebten wir die ersten Enttäuschungen: es war 15 Uhr, wir hatten einen langen Flug hinter uns, die Kinder quengelten, aber das Zimmer durfte trotzdem erst pünktlich ab 16 Uhr bezogen werden. Wir sind Diamond members bei Hilton, aber auf ein Upgrade wartet man hier vergeblich. |Es gibt einen kleinen Grab & Go-Laden (Little Spoon), der unverschämt teuer ist, automatisch 18 % Gratuity auf die Rechnung schlägt und auch noch Tip vorschlägt. Beim Abendessen mussten wir zweimal eine Pizza zurückgehen lassen, da sie am Rand schwarz verbrannt war. Ich frage mich, wie man sowas überhaupt raus an den Gast schicken kann?!|Die Zimmer sind schön, hell und modern eingerichtet. Aber ich war relativ schnell genervt, weil ich jeden Tag bei Housekeeping anrufen und Handtücher nachbestellen musste. Wir hatten als Familie zu viert in das Zimmer eingecheckt und trotzdem bekamen wir immer nur für 2-3 Personen frische Handtücher. Außerdem wurde nie eine extra Rolle Klopapier hinterlegt. Auch da musste ich hinterher telefonieren. Housekeeping kam manchmal erst um 16 Uhr, total ärgerlich. An einem unserer letzten Tage ging das Duschgel zu Ende. Aber anstatt das Duschgel wieder aufzufüllen, legte man uns einfach ein Stück Seife hin. |Der Service am Pool war mau. Ich musste den Kellnern buchstäblich hinterherlaufen, um etwas zu bestellen. |Alles in allem ist die Anlage wirklich schön, aber der Service und die Preise sind mangelhaft. Ein Gefühl der Abzocke kommt schließlich beim Parken auf. Man MUSS Valet-parking für 50$ pro Tag in Anspruch nehmen. Selfparking wird nicht angeboten, dabei ist der Parkplatz direkt vor dem Front Drive gelegen und man könnte problemlos rüberlaufen. Übrigens parken die Autos in der prallen Sonne! Da kriegt man dann ein aufgeheiztes Auto überreicht, na vielen Dank… Auch hier, das ist einem echten Luxushotel nicht würdig!

We just returned from staying at this hotel. It is absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed our stay! It is sleek, modern, and clean, with little orange bunnies on all the blaconies, which I don't get, but I did enjoy moving it around my balcony everyday, although I seem to be the only one who did this. The top floor restaurant Cieba, had a very cool vibe and the food was delicous, but, be warned, it was expensive! The views and ability to see both Epcot and Disney fireworks from there was a great perk! The other restaurants, Papaya and Sophia, were just okay, but the customer service was very good. The bar Apero had fantastic bartenders, Ricardo was funny and personable! We also loved the bakery/coffee/gelato shop. |The showstopper is the lagoon! With it's sandy beach, chairs, umbrellas and bar service, it was relaxing to sit and watch the kayakers and paddleboarders go by. My husband and son played golf and enjoyed the course. |The room was very large and comfortable, our view was of the pool and the lagoon, which was the best of both worlds. We requested a lot of ice since there isn't a fridge in the room, only the mini bar, and they offered to bring us a little fridge, which was great and very much appreciated. A few snafus were that they did not replenish the Nesresso pods, cream and sugars one day, and we there was empty spot on the bathroom counter that on the last day a bottle of Mojave Ghost lotion was placed there. When everything else is so good, small things like this are noticeable. However, overall the the staff were all friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a tranquil getaway, this is a great spot!

We had a fantastic stay at the Conrad Orlando. Special thanks to Mary at check-in and Floyd at concierge who were both very kind and accommodating. ||We were thrilled to be upgraded to a pool view room upon arrival and felt the room and grounds of the Conrad, and Evermore as a whole, were pretty impeccable. ||We ate breakfast both mornings at Sophia's and found the food and service to be top notch. While at the pool, we ordered from Papaya. It came quickly and was delicious. There are little "doorbells" at most of the seats by the pool that you press when you want to order, which we hadn't seen before and thought was an awesome feature. ||We only stayed 2 nights and spent a lot of our time at the parks but hope to come back in the future and spend more time at the resort.

I had the pleasure of spending nearly a week here and it was an incredible experience. The scenery is beautiful, and the front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Greg, Marykay, and Kirsten—they were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to assist me during my stay.
The shuttle bus service to Disney was very convenient and made my trip even more enjoyable. Although I encountered a small issue during checkout, the team resolved it quickly and efficiently. Overall, I strongly recommend Conrad Orlando. It’s worth every dollar！

I was a bit hesitant to book the Conrad Orlando since it’s a new hotel, but I’m so glad I did! My family and I had an incredible time. The resort is absolutely stunning, and we felt right at home. It has such an intimate and welcoming vibe. The lagoon is fantastic—I even went kayaking with daughter, which was so relaxing. Plus, you can use shared amenities from nearby resorts, which was a nice bonus (we used the evermore water slides). The beach area was perfect for my daughter too because she loves playing in the sand. Let’s talk about the room, ours was spotless and had a gorgeous view of the lagoon and the pool. Honestly, it was so comfortable that we didn’t want to leave. And for the service, the staff made our stay even better. Julia, who checked us in, was amazing and went out of her way to make sure we were happy. Donald was so helpful with our luggage too. I highly recommend Conrad Orlando to anyone looking for a mix of luxury and comfort. We can’t wait to come back!

Review of the Hilton Conrad Orlando ||My wife and I recently stayed at the Hilton Conrad Orlando for one night in a one-bedroom suite with a balcony, and overall, it was a great experience. The suite itself was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with the highlight being the balcony. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning, overlooking the golf course and offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. ||The property itself is beautifully designed, and the view of the pool area adds a nice touch. One unique feature of this Hilton is its private beach section, which offers a serene environment for guests to enjoy. Additionally, for those who love walking, there is a fantastic walking trail that is well-maintained and perfect for a leisurely stroll or morning exercise. ||As for dining, while I won’t critique the restaurant overall, I did order the prime rib and found it disappointing. However, this did not significantly detract from our stay.

We only visited Conrad for dinner as we were staying at Evermore resort.|We booked table for 5 in Sophia’s Trattoria, I order a bottle of Valpolicella $130 , the waitress requested we tasted wine , I requested a new bottle of wine due to its taste , she returned to inform me if we require another bottle of wine we would have to pay for it the manger declined my request I explained unacceptable and that was that. |The service was disjointed and the food average our waitress was very attentive|I settled the bill of$543.1, the i was told they had left the 18% tip of and i had to settle that

We had a great stay at Conrad Orlando. The hotel staff was attentive, and the rooms were very clean with great views of the lagoon. We also enjoyed our dinner at Ceiba. Additionally, the hotel has an arrival/departure lounge for guests to use when their room is not yet ready or recently vacated. We found this to be quite a convenient way to enjoy some extra time at the resort with storage lockers, showers, and restroom access and keycaed to access other hotel amenities.
