Gutes Hotel für eine oder mehrere Nächte! Freundliches Personal, große saubere Zimmer und ein leckeres Frühstück (Frühstücksraum ist auch absolut sauber und die Speisen und Getränke schön angerichtet!) mit echtem Kaffee!! Das Hotel befindet sich in einer Guten Lage mit vielen Anschlußmöglichkeiten! Ein Hotel dass man weiter empfehlen kann! Es gibt einen Waffelautomat in Texasform!!

Disappointing Stay - Needs Major Improvements

I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn and was thoroughly disappointed with my experience. The hotel is in dire need of maintenance, and the rooms are extremely outdated. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that cleanliness and upkeep are not priorities here.

The room I stayed in had visible signs of wear and tear, from peeling wallpaper to stained carpets. To make matters worse, my room had a strong smell, like a wet dog, which made my stay even more unpleasant. The bathroom fixtures were old and malfunctioning, and there was a musty odor throughout the hotel.

On top of that, the laundry facilities were completely out of order. All the washing machines were broken, and when I asked the staff, I didn’t get a clear answer as to when they’d be fixed. This was incredibly frustrating and inconvenient, especially for travelers who rely on those amenities.

For the price I paid, I would have expected much better quality and care. I won’t be returning and certainly wouldn’t recommend this hotel until they make some serious improvements.

We got there the lobby empty the 3d floor button on the elevator was gone. We then go to our room and it was covered with food. Trash everywhere! A few bugs. Food in the toilet. Roaches litters on the floor. It was gross. We had a lady come to help she didn’t care. She took some pictures or whatever and left. She offered to switch rooms but not give us a refund… I’m begging you do NOT come to this hotel!

Arrived around 1:30pm and had to wait for the rooms (4) to be ready although we were told that we could check in early. Not a big deal. Immediately noticed that the roof needed to be replaced and the whole hotel needs to be renovated. Elevator had obscene writings only and needs to be fixed. Get to room (on 4th floor) and immediately saw that the room had not been clean. Dead cockroaches and crickets were still on the floor. Food was not wiped from the desk, and one of the rooms had no towels, although I always bring my own. In a second room, you could not see the numbers on the thermostat and it was very cold. Could not tell what the temperature was on, so my relatives slept in a freezing room. There was also standing water in the bathtub. Call down to the front desk and the guy was very rude. He asked if the water couldn’t be drained. I told him I was not sticking my hand in the water to find out. He said he would send someone to check it out. I asked if I could get a discount since only two of the rooms seemed to bed acceptable and was told that a note would be made on the account. Waited 30 minutes and eventually had to shower in another room as we had a concert to get to. Got back from the the concert and found that the key cards to two of the rooms (the ones we complained about) did not work. Had to go back downstairs to get them fixed to the same rude person up front. Never apologized. During checkout, I asked if there was a note on the account about the conditions of 2 of the rooms and of course there wasn’t but she said that there was a “manager’s discount” on all 4 rooms. Got one receipt of $212 but was told that the actual price would be on the receipts via email. Never got an email. Still paid a total of $244 per room which wasn’t worth the price at all! Called for one week to speak to a manager. Was told by two different people that the General Manager makes his own schedule and they did not know when he would be in. Left my name and number, and after 9 days, I still have not received a call or a discount. Horrible experience and will never pick this place again. Only good thing was the Waffle House next door.

Absolutely, terrible! First room we got sent too, was dirty, told front desk and they said it was probably from yesterday.( and that makes sense as to why they had bedbug covers on their beds) Got into another room, 88 degrees, the thermostat was broken, Dead bugs in our room, front desk came in and took a picture and didn’t bother cleaning it up. Pull out couch had stains, rust and nasty and there was no way in hell our kids were sleeping on that. Also, giant cockroach was dead in the hallway. Do NOT recommend. #dobetter #stopsayingyoustriveforclean #stopsayingsorry #fixyallscrap. nothing in the 10 mins we were there was even CLOSE to clean. So glad we found a new hotel.

rooms were generally clean, haven't been deep cleaned in awhile. The hallways were dirty and elevator floor had the same trash on it for 2 days. Breakfast service area was very clean and the food was good. The only ice machine was leaking and had pans under it to catch the water leak.

After hours of driving we stopped here ready to sleep and make the best out of what ever room/ hotel we got, but this place was definitely not a clean/ updated environment.

Mind you we really tried to make the best out of this place: we saw 3 different rooms but all were very disappointing.

Walking up to the hotel you can clearly see there’s glass broken outside of the building. As soon as you walk in, the ceiling is damaged most likely water damage. Smelled humid, hallways were dirty needed to be repainted and carpets were very dirty. The elevator was dirty, used toilet paper on the floor, and scratches on the elevator doors with a bad message about this place should definitely be buffed out if you want customers to stay. Elevator feels and sounds like it needs maintenance soon.

1st room: we were not able to check in to it. Literally our key cards were not working to let us in. It will light up green and make noise that it was able to unlock and give access to the room but door was never unlocked.

2nd room: 2 queen beds: bed sheets were definitely not changed on either bed. There seem to be long curly hair in one bed on and in the bed top sheets. The other bed literally looked like pubic hair on top on bed. Bed skirt was dirty, walls and carpet was also not clean.

3rd room: 2 queen beds: this time front desk guy came with us. walking in the hallway to the room you can clearly see the place needs walls repainted. The room itself has clearly not been used in a while. It was dust all over. Again seemed unclean, sheets un washed and even found a tiny spider on one of the pillows which the front guy killed and still tried to convince us to stay but unfortunately seeing it being unkept made us decide to get our refund and to look for another place to stay.

Management please update/ remodel this place. This place could do better! This place has potential since it is conveniently off the highway and next to restaurant that sells breakfast.

We did very appreciate the front desk guy who was very patient and helpful to get us situated.

Loved location!
Room smelled a little funny and no one around when we left. Had sign back in 20 minutes but no telling how long ago it was left. Day after got home my son said he had bites and couldn’t stand it anymore. We slept in separate beds and mine was fine but he had 10/15 welps on him. After looking up it appears to bed bed bug bites. Gave him Zyrtec and cream. Had no other stops so had to be here. We didn’t even stay 8hrs. Called and was told they hadn’t had any other complaints. Scratch this hotel
