Reader... 4 months ago, I was you. Scrambling through reviews of different monthly/weekly stays... horrified by the results.
This place is fine. I only saw the police when my neighbors were loud and fighting. After repeat occurrences, management evicted them. They do have rules, nothing far fetched. Follow them and you'll be fine on their side.
There are no bugs. I met many people on the second floor (B253) all claim same thing. Upon moving in, all units are cleaned thoroughly. You are provided basic couch, coffee table, end tables, computer desk and a dresser kind of thing with drawers. Microwave, Stove, Fridge, Dishwasher. All the basics you need. Again, I did not see one bug anywhere. Nor are any of the rooms smelly, unless you keep it that way.
Fun fact, if you were to get the room I just moved out of, you would be next to numerous tenants that have been living there for months/years.
Biggest complaints from them? Specific tenants who were loud, offensive, or otherwise negative. No complaints about the place itself.
Lastly, financial responsibility...
Lets be honest, if your looking at these places, you don't have all the resources together yet to move into an apartment or elsewhere yet. Again, just like me. I stayed May, June, July... and in a pinch, I would go back to that exact same location. After the minimum weeks, your rent will lower to about 1550 for a full month (not just 28 days) and include all utilities. Apartments are about 1250 in lesser classy neighborhoods to sugar-coat it, plus utilities. If your ducks aren't in a row, trust me, you will be fine and comfortable here. I promise you I was. Did not have one complaint the entire time.
Stop stressing, you found your place!

P.S. I, Jason Skindell, was NOT asked, coaxed, nor forced into writing this review. Reviewers commenting they were are straight up lying to you. I am doing this completely on my own free will. Why? Because I took the plunge and drove from Michigan to here last April to start a whole completely new life. So far I have had to figure out everything for myself. Let me help you here, this is a real review from a real past tenant.
Good luck in all your endeavors and dream chasing!!

Edit December 2024: I included some photos on my move in day end of April. The cat had already altered his litter before I took pictures, lol, sorry.
Also, I received my full security deposit well before their 4-6 week projected processing time. Moved out end of July, was mailed August 17th, received before my visit to Michigan over Labor Day weekend.

Location: appreciate the proximity to local attractions and amenities in Phoenix, such as the Arizona State Fair and MonOrchid Downtown Phoenix Arts Collaboration
Amenities: The rooms provide basic amenities like a kitchenette and refrigerator. The property also offers free parking and an outdoor pool
Service: The service quality has been described as varying, with some guests reporting positive interactions with staff, while others have had less favorable experiences
Cleanliness was very professional in the room

Honestly a great place for what is it. One of the cleanest and well managed weeklys ive ever seen. Its not super fancy but had everything just as they stated. No complaints . staff is cool... Room was clean and property well kept. Bonus is that they have 2 pools on site and you get free cable with your room. As well as a phone in room. Rooms also have a full bathtub so your not stuck with shower only . all furniture was clean and comfortable . laundry room is open till midnight !

This place is a good place if you're here in Vegas for work or if you're in a financial bind. The one bedrooms are pretty small but they are comfortable and furnished. The location is great because it's not far from the strip. But the best part about this place has to be the staff. Thanks to all the staff up front, security and maintenance crew, you guys are great people.

It's a great stay, clean and comfortable. The grounds are nice, the guy that mows the lawn is tip top great, the office personnel is nice overall. *The only issue is why do they have a political agenda campaign set up in the office? Not everyone's views are the same and a one sided political view should not be pushed on tenants trying to do general things in the office.* I can't speak for others but it personally makes me uncomfortable. Otherwise it's a great place to live.

Complete sheisters!!! Took them forever to return a refund check. 4 months later I get a refund check $45
light. Called back to inquire and was told they needed to clean the carpets. Mind you I was 1 person no pets or kids but apparently made such a mess they needed to shampoo carpets. Meanwhile while I was a tenant I put up with stove burners not working. Multiple service requests where was my compensation for that? Better off going to Boulder highway or Fremont street at least they don't pretend not to rob you!!! Also employee named Sean completely unhelpful, hung up the phone on me telling me "that's how we do business " SMH

THIS PLACE SUCKS BECAUSE MANAGEMENT AND SECURITY ARE SO BAD.

They will let 3 kids run above you every night and not do anything about it.

Go to Emerald Suites instead of this place. I hope someone doesn’t put themselves or their families through this unnecessary drama.

It’s not worth the money or time dealing with the people who work here.

The dispatcher as of 11/9 SUCKS. She will literally yell at you if you complain and she is horrible
