We visited the resort during the preview phase. Excellent customer service all around, from the valet parking to the restaurants. Everyone is so welcoming and warm. Our room is very upscale. The bed is ultra comfortable. The balcony opens up for majestic views of the surrounding mountains, and our opens up to Snow canyon state park! The 24-hour gym/weight room is to die for. Amazing amenities. I can't wait to see what this place is like fully open.

We held our annual investor event here and it was amazing. Although the resort is still coming online in phases the facilities were top class the service was 5 star. The rooms are the nicest in Southern Utah and each of the restaurants were excellent. ||The catered food and service was better than expected and this is all without mentioning the golf course. ||The golf course is the best in Utah and maybe the Southwest. It’s so unique and well conditioned. Food is included and the staff is incredible. ||Overall would recommend to anyone and can’t wait for more things to come online.

Wow. Just wow. Hard to believe that the place you stay could somehow compete with the remarkable surroundings of St. George, Utah., but Black Desert did. A remarkably designed, utterly beautiful resort nestled in the middle of the gorgeous red rock cliffs and black lava. The beautiful green golf course is cut into the black lava adding to the tableaux. This is a world class resort in a very quaint yet utterly captivating place. Like they know the rest of the world will soon discover just how awesome southern Utah is.

I had high hopes for this resort and while I know it's not complete, it still exceeded my expectations. The setting is breathtaking. The views are amazing. The golf course is unbelievably beautiful!! |The staff are so helpful and always available! While We can't wait until this resort is fully complete....don't wait you will miss out on a wonderful resort!!!

After our weekend stay at Black Desert resort, we are counting the days until we can go back. The resort center and restaurants served as the perfect home base for our activities during our stay. The resort center and suite we stayed in were beautiful, and the staff and valet were always very nice and helpful. We ate at the Latitude and 20th Hole restaurants on site during our stay and the food was amazing! We also used the resort gym, which was relatively large and well equipped (including 4 peloton bikes). Although parts of the resort are still under construction- it maintains a very brand new, upscale luxury feel. The resort is also conveniently located just 5 minutes from snow canyon, allowing us to hike, bike, and rock climb without spending too much time traveling.

We just had our first visit to Black Desert and it was so nice! Actually, much nicer than expected.
We highly recommend staying inThe Terrace condos. They have epic views of the golf and snow canyon. And we like how we have a little more space for only a little more money. Our kids also really appreciated the extra rooms and room that we had inside. I love all the furniture on the decks. And drinking my coffee in the mornings, and wine at night out there.
We loved that there was a restaurant (Club 73) just a few feet from our place. Everywhere we went there was there was a extremely peaceful place to sit and relax.
This place really has it all. We're looking forward to our next stay in St George.

I just stayed 2 nights at the new Black Desert Resort and had a fantastic experience. The room had a high ceiling and large sliding door to the patio. Every employee said "Hi" as I walked by them, and everyone I interacted with were amazingly friendly and provided excellent service. The resort views of the golf course and red rock are SPECTACULAR and extremely unique. I'll definitely go back many times.

This place is one-of-a kind. I was told that it is the largest resort in Utah, but I didn't realize that it'll also be the most spectacular resort once it's fully completed. The golf course was incredible (and difficult) but the views were breathtaking. I could not give this place any higher praise!
