We stayed here during the Columbia Circuit rodeo finals October 17-19. It's an extremely family friendly place. Thee is a pool and a hot tub that were in use a good bit during the day. Breakfast is robust and served by competent staff who understand true service. The water is hot, the water pressure excellent and the rooms are roomy and comfortable. Parts of the hotel are a little outdated but the things most important to us, like plentiful safe parking, lots of electrical outlets, and great coffee, make this an excellent place for family or business travel.

Clean, comfortable room with a very good breakfast. Friendly staff. On busy intersection but still relatively quiet. The only negative is that the shower could use a deep cleaning... pretty dull.

After checking in, a dirty bathroom with several pieces of hair on the floor and dirty sheet were quickly noticed. It was reported to the front desk which stated it couldn’t be handled on the same day and would be cleaned the next day. The next day stopping at the front desk on my way out for the day to reiterate my dissatisfaction with the dirtiness in my room and making sure the room would be cleaned, a woman at the front desk who’s role in the hotel was not clear became all feisty and defiant about the issue, not acknowledging the problem and stating if I am unhappy about it to change hotel ! Really ?!? Like on a busy week-end in the area and settled in my room, I could snap my fingers and end up instantly in another hotel. What a lousy approach and answer instead of taking charge of the problem, apologizing and promptly taking actions to resolve the problem.
The message was clear: our hotel is dirty, that’s the way it is and if you’re not happy, go somewhere else.
When I came back after my day out, the problem had not been resolved with still the same dirty sheet and bathroom floor, which says a lot of this hotel’s standards.

I travel a lot and have stayed in hotels all over the US and the world. This has been and by far my worst hotel experience ever. Needless to say I will never stay again here and probably not in a Best Western again.

We stayed here one night when our flight was cancelled and had a United voucher. They charged almost $700 a night. The rooms are OK, decent breakfast, was glad to have a pool for the kids but it wasn't very clean. There were homeless people hanging outside in the parking lot when we arrived and left. I wouldn't stay here again if I had a choice.

It is in a good location.Its complimentary breakfast is good to get you going in the morning.From fruit to cereal to eggs bacon sausage and potoes, lots of selection in the morning.served till 930.The pool and hot tub are awesome.And the management and staff ate amazing.On top of all very comfortable beds and nice restrooms.I recommend it.

I have stayed here multiple times as I come out to redmond for work, and this has potentially been the worst stay. As a truck driver, I sleep in the morning until about 3 pm. I understand those hours are that people with a regular schedule work through. But, as a hotel that knows that there are a lot of truck drivers that stay there. You'd figure they would their housekeepers to be more respectful... I understand as far as vacuuming being loud or carts being pushed around and so on. But slamming doors, yelling across the hallway to each other, talking super loud to point where it seems like they are in my room bathroom, and lastly but not least, playing music loudly on their phone. It just seems completely disrespectful and unprofessional. I did bring this up to one of the front desk personnel, but I'm not sure if I was ignored and the message wasn't relayed or the housekeeper workers didn't care. I hope that they can fix this issue.

The room was very clean and comfortable. We appreciated the comfortable beds and foldable pillows. We would enjoy staying with them again in the future.
I do have a couple of suggestions. As an 83 year old 5ft 3" person I would like have seen the instructions for the coffee maker on the wall rather than almost having to turn it almost upside down to read them. Also having a taller tolit and grab bar at the shower end would be nice.
Everyone was very kind and enjoyed our evening with you.
