I NEVER leave reviews because I stay in SO many hotels for work. However, this hotel rcd mixed reviews and I was hesitant but decided to try it. I was incredibly pleased! Not only did they accommodate my request for a room on the quiet side of the hotel, but the room was huge and when I walked into the bathroom the towels were made into two beautiful swans! Even better than on a cruise ship! And the tp was made into beautiful roses. All this for $100! I couldn't believe it. A little wear and tear on a hotel shouldn't cause people to leave bad reviews. I would stay here over and over again.

Very satisfied with our stay here, we are actually still currently staying here! The breakfast had a vast variety of options and changed daily, so people staying multiple nights will notice different options each day. The staff in front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast were all pleasant and helpful for us!

check out of the hotel on time and check your time their time on the computer is not correct. It was fine until I had to check out. I asked if I can do a late check and she said no. So I was ok with that. Then my flight got cancel and was without a flight I asked again and she said no. So I said can you check me out. She proceeded to argue with me after that she said it's pass 11:34. I looked at my phone and it says 11:29 your computer is wrong. Then she proceeded to keep arguing with me then I showed her both phones and doubled down on the time. Then she had no choice to check me out after that.

My husband and I recently stayed in this hotel for the first time and had a "WOW" experience!!! The cleanliness of the rooms were awesome and very beautiful!!! Best Western Plus has earned our business when we travel to visit family!!! ❤️

I booked my hotel room a couple of weeks ago along with several of our softball teammates. I arrived Saturday and walked into our room to find it was a single king bed. I booked and paid for a double queen due to having a family of 5. I walked downstairs to be told "we were hoping you didn't notice but we overbooked rooms so nothing we can do." I explained I paid for and called to verify our room prior to arrival. The lady at the front handed me the phone and said talk to my manager. I spoke to Kaitlyn who explained they overbooked double queen rooms. I asked if she had any other kings available and she said no we're sold out. So I asked if there was anything she could do and she said no. I asked the lady up front how many king rooms she had available hoping they could just give us another room. She said she had 5 king rooms available. That was never booked as I verified the next morning. Not only would Kaitlyn not help or make this right, she never took blame nor apologized. The lady at the front handed me a stack of bedding to make pallets on the floor. We made it work. I sent an email to the owner and have yet to hear back. The lights in the bathroom didn't work. The sheets she gave me were stained or soiled. There was no A/C in the breakfast area. And to top it all off, we have confirmed bed bug bites today. I am a very level headed person who only gives reviews when necessary. However, since the owner would not respond to my multiple calls or email, I am leaving a review.

Do not stay here or waist your time. We reserved two nights just to find out this place is trash. My first time at a Best Western will be the last. Place smelled as soon as you walked in the front doors, elevators and room. Carpet was filthy not vacuumed. Dirty walls. Front desk agent agreed for a full refund but now Caitlyn the manager is only wanting to refund one night when we never stayed at all. Caitlyn was unprofessional and rude and did not care. Corporate office has been contacted. Do not waste your money. Plus very high traffic and looters outside. This place doesn’t deserve stars.

1st time staying at this Best Western and the bottom line up front is “Yes” we would stay here again (location). Unfortunately though this hotel, (like 95% of all the other hotels I’ve stayed in) has a problem. That problem is very simply maintenance. The caulking in the bath was peeling and mildewed, the grout between the floor tiles was cracked and chipping out, wallpaper damage near the elevator was repaired with packing tape, those types of things. Anymore, I just expect to find this sort of thing and 9 out of 10 times that’s exactly what I find. It’s not just BW, it’s all over the place. It’s almost like once the building is built the management thinks, “Great, no maintenance for 10 years!” Wrong, wrong, wrong… Maintenance starts the day after you open for business!

Large king suite with ceiling fan. Attention to details like folded towels into swans and roses. 3 shower heads are very nice too. Big tv and very comfortable bed. We are repeat guests and will be back.
