Overall the hotel was ok. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and accessible. The big draw back is the lack of modernization of the rooms. Shag carpet from the 80s was in each room. The entire second floor smelled like sewage. We had to open our window to get some fresh air.

It is a four-star hotel an hour away from Zurich. It's a nice hotel in Singen. Breakfast is delicious and the staff is kind. It is not refilled whether bottled water and coffee provided after cleaning the room are provided only once. The location is too quiet and the city is close.

Excellent property and very convenient to the city center and public transport(DB trains and buses). Front desk staff are extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and the washrooms are great too.

There is a gym available to all residents.

An excellent stay while visiting family living in the area. Easy to walk to shops and cafes nearby.
Very comfortable room and quiet at night time although it is quite close to the town centre. Breakfast was outstanding each day of my stay, with different seasonal specialities on offer. You could sit as long as you wished and the staff worked hard to keep the buffet refreshed throughout the morning.
I dined one evening and enjoyed the friendly service in the bar area.

The. Perfect. Experience.

We are Americans traveling with our 3yr old. Every part of our experience was seamless, from making the reservation to breakfast and then check-out.

The space is full of lovely details and accommodations for everyone. The staff was thoughtful and kind. The sofa couch was pulled out and made upon arrival with a sweet little plush lamb as a gift for our toddler.

The staff and owner were very attentive to each table during breakfast.

We highly recommend Best Western Hotel Lamm!

Best western Lamm is very friendly and I think newly renovated. The rooms were very clean and with new furniture. The pillows were really uncomfortable so if you can bring your own. The breakfast was great for Germany , it had everything from American style to German. During the day it was quite loud it sounded like construction and this was not the best for staying in the hotel. The staff at the bar area was very friendly.
