Second week in hotel. Only sheets are clean. Floor it is not vacum cleaned for ages. Carpet is full of peoples haires. Cockroaches are present more than you could expect. When hotel is a cheap one ( 750€ four nights) does not mean that should be dirty one.

I stayed there only one night. But I was satisfied with cleanliness and comfort. I reached at 23:00. So I had to try self check in feature. It was not smooth in the beginning but then I had to call the emergency number and the lady helped me. Never thought I would reach her at this time of the night. Great help.

the room was ok it was quiet and b&b is not a luxury hotel but it fits the price.
Breakfast was ok and the underground car park was free.
Staff was very friendly and explained everything very clearly without us having to ask.
(the man with the beard is really great) the woman who wore glasses was also nice but the boy explained the breakfast times to us and was very helpful.

Me and my husband arrived at the hotel and there were about 5-6 guests of the hotel at the reception waiting for their turn to check in.
There was a woman at reception wearing black glasses and a man with a black beard.
He was very friendly and helpful and asked if we wanted to check in outside at the machine.
We agreed and he went with us to explain how it worked, he even helped us enter the details and showed us how to do it because we typed in the wrong booking number the first time.
He helped
and by the time we were finally finished we were able to pay with the Ec card without any problems.
We are very grateful for this and would like to say thank you because the young man was extremely patient and didn't leave us with a bad impression.

Great for a quick stop on the way through with a 24hr checkin available outside was perfect as we hadn't pre booked, just showed late am and checkout up till 12 no charge is perfect.
Only let down was the Aircon was set too high in our particular room and you could not turn it down so room was swelteringly hot.

My Check in was at 2am, without problems and very intuitive. I thank you for my experience with you, everything was very clean and easy. I was only there for a few hours, but I want to emphasize that I will return if I need to return to Munich. The service in the morning was very friendly and the garage is comfortable for an SUV. Thank you very much, keep it up.
