The room was cozy and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioner is a little weak and takes a while to cool/heat the room. Breakfast was good, not many options but what you can choose from is delicious. Not many complaints outside of the walls being a bit thin, I could hear the TV in the room next to mine.

The Deluxe King Suite did not have hand held shower as anticipated and requested.
Coffee filter was broken, and there was no two bottles of water in room. Guest had a hard time getting a bottle of water at 4am to take her medicine. The gentleman claimed busy running his report taking 20 minutes so can't notate room or take credit card to charge $3.50 for a small bottle of water. Other than that room was decent, location was good, but breakfast was mediocre.

Incredibly accommodating service!!!! Which was the most important to me on this quick business trip.

I was flown in by my employer incredibly early and flown out late, and the Baymont was able to accommodate my early check-in and late check-out. I also forgot to print a couple of documents and they were able to provide that service, was well.

They have all day free coffee, gym and pool, plus a variety of restaurants within walking distance (or short rideshare) that offer a wide range of cuisines and price points.

I only gave the room 4 stars because I prefer hotel rooms without carpet. Other than that, the room was very spacious with natural light from a large window, had a desk, lamp and chair for working, plus a sofa and chair for relaxing separated studio-style from the king bed with nightstands and lamps on both sides, dresser, TV, breakfast nook with coffee maker & mini-fridge, and a closet space with an iron across from a full bath.

If you Need a bed and a shower then go here. The restroom was clean and the bed in my room was clean. They also have body wash,shampoo,and lotion attached in the restroom.. The ac worked. But i can’t even believe Wyndham would let this place carry the name. First thing the front desk wouldn’t even help me book with my Wyndham points on the app. She looked at me stupid when i asked. .so i sat and done it so i could get a discount. Don’t even try to get breakfast here there is nothing i grabbed an apple and a coffee.. next things is stairs to second floor which i can deal with that .but when you get up There the carpet is so bad. Like yuk. The sofa in the room is stained. The ceiling is stained. Some outlets don’t Work. Simple things that should be fixed. They just need to diet this place together and it would make this place way better. I wouldn’t stay again unless perhaps they offered me a free night for my troubles. But if i had to pay. No. To many other options that try better. In the same area

HI, I stayed in thid hotel on 2nd Dec 2024 night. The staff was helpful. The room weren't that great to be honest.
The morning breakfast was late. we were rushing to the airport so it did matter to us. Overall i will give it 1 star.

The room was clean and cozy. The bed was extremely comfortable. The service was impeccable. The front desk clerk was extremely helpful and the manager was so polite.

I stayed at this Baymont twice within the same week while I was in town for work. The front desk person was very helpful each time. The room was clean and hotel itself was quiet. I definitely recommend this Baymont and I will choose to stay there next time I’m in need of a room in that area.

Ms. Deshawn on the front desk is an angel. We needed to checked in early and she kept back and forth to give us update about the status of the room.
And the lady who handled the breakfast is super kind. We woke up late and the breakfast time was over but she let us have some of the food and drink.

The room is spacious.
