So schnell kann es gehen, Im März 2015 hätte ich diesem Hotel noch ohne weiteres 4 Sterne gegeben - mein Besuch im März war sehr angenehm und das Hotel hielt alles was ein Hotel so versperchen sollte...||Mein Besuch im Juni war hingegen eher ein Reinfall. Teppiche im Flur und Raum kaputt, Duschvorhang zerrissen, TV Anschluß aus der Wand gerissen ...||Alles in allem eine eher schwache Leistung - vermutlich Sparmaßnahmen.

The location is quite good, the bed and room were comfortable and it's relatively clean, but that's about all the good I can say about the place. We were there for 3 nights and the room was never cleaned. ||The breakfast was pretty standard cereal and waffles. They had no decaf coffee (wasn't too surprised as most places don't) but I was told that I could just drink two cups of regular coffee and that would be the same equivalent as one decaf. Yes you read that right. ||When I called down to the front desk on the second night to request some clean towels I was told I would have to bring down the current towels to get new ones.|The hot water in the shower was barely warm after letting it run for 15 mins. The person who came to check it out (the same woman who told me about the decaf at breakfast) told us that all the rooms were like that and that it was hot enough....maybe we just liked it hotter than most people. ||To top off the experience, when we were getting on the elevator to check out, the same woman was on the floor and asked if we were checking out. When we said yes, she asked if we had left a tip. Fortunately, the elevators door closed before I could respond, however, my partner did tell the front desk person that their staff should NOT be asking for a tip.||I would definitely NOT recommend this place.

The rooms were nice and clean. The hot tub had an issue with the handle being stripped, but Mike took care of us. He gave us a new room right away. The jacuzzi was my favorite part. The breakfast was good. The beds were very comfy. The breakfast was just what I needed. The breakfast staff had such a warm and sweet personality! I enjoyed the peaceful meditation music in the lobby. I did not want to leave, but I'm sure I will be back again!

The rooms were dirty. The refrigerator barely worked. My daughter milk would not get cold because the refrigerator didn't work. My boyfriend was harassed and racially profiled by the housekeeper two days in a row. The reception guy that worked on the weekend was extremely rude and didn't want to assist. They took my $50 deposit and said it someone smoked in the room but showed me ash that was in the bathroom floor corner and said it was cigarettes buds but no proof of the cigarettes buds. I checked in on Tuesday and checked out on Wednesday and checked by in on Wednesday to Friday. No one said anything to me about smoking in the room. But I made a complaint via text to the company about the harassment and profiling that we received when I checked by in on Wednesday morning. My boyfriend was then harassed on Thursday morning by the same housekeeping. She said to him there are a lot of homeless people that comes in and the fact she only asked him questions because he was black and didn't ask the white man questions that were sitting in the same area. The same reception guy said it was her job to do that. I am suing and writing a letter. I asked for the manager information several times and was never given the number. Instead they gave me office number. When I asked when the manager will be there several times I was told several times they didn't know. I am contacting BBB too.

This hotel is disgusting. I was horrified to touch anything. The couch in the room looked like it had been picked up off a curb after having sat there for several weeks. I'm unsure if the large, thick substance on the couch was blood or feces. The sheets were visibly dirty, as though a person who had just come from a long camping trip had slept on them for several nights. The air in the room was abrasive. It was like sleeping in the car of someone who chain smoked cigarettes, sprayed multiple cans of cheap air freshener, and never opened the windows. Occasionally the smell of raw sewage would circulate through as well. The carpet was damp, but not like something had been spilled. It was like a bathroom towel that never quite dries. My feet were sticky after having walked on it. The electrical, and cords, have to be some kind of building code violation. I had downloaded the Wyndham app on my phone, as I will be staying in the Chicago area once weekly for a few years, and wanted to earn points. Because of this hotel, I immediately un-installed the app. I will never stay in a Wyndham hotel again. If Hell exists, I believe mine would be having to spend time in this hotel. I have never been to prison, but I think the accommodations would be better there. I have no idea how anyone would give this hotel more than 1 star. The only thing that could have made this stay worse would have been if a feral cat had given birth in the room, but no feral cat would have such little self respect as to have kittens in this stagnant pond of health code violations.||

Hotel was extremely dirty. I should’ve taken pictures of everything. Have all these rules and fees and their hotel is not up to part. Dirty room bugs, bugs in the breakfast area. I mean Disgusting. I couldn’t even put my things on the counter top or tables in the room, they were filthy. I want my money back and add fees on top of wasting my time and money.

I don't know where to begin. This was supposed to be a joyous occasion for my 41st birthday. But it turned into a nightmare that I just couldn't wait to be over with!!! On my first day at the hotel, right after I checked in. I hurriedly went to my room to settle in. I noticed old food stains on the table, broken tiles by the jacuzzi, throw-up on the base of the toilet, and water bubbles on the ceiling. I went immediately to the clerk and asked if my room had been cleaned before I checked in. He lied and told me it was cleaned. I showed him the photos I had taken. He acted shocked and had me show him my claims. He then showed me another room. This room had broken tiles as well by the jacuzzi. He showed me a third room that was great, or so I thought. I was getting out of the jacuzzi after I settled in for the day after driving. I reached for the handle, and it came right off in my hand. ? I didn't bother at this point to ask for another room. It was pretty evident that this hotel should be reported to the City of ILLINOIS and have an inspection done.✔️ I went to get ice for my guest and discovered the ceiling was about to collapse at any minute. I have enclosed photos, so beware. I warned you all. I spent $400.00 for 2 days in this dump.
