Stayed here for one night. The location is fantastic — just a few steps from Munich main train station, and the price is very fair. To be honest, both receptionists were the most hospitable staff I’ve ever met in a hotel in Germany: very friendly, helpful, and fluent in English.

The hotel also provides disposable slippers and bottled water, which is not very common in many hotels in Germany. Breakfast is included in the price — with a croissant and coffee of your choice, which is amazing.

The room could be a bit cleaner, as I noticed several hairs that might have been left by the previous guest, and the area was a bit noisy.

Overall, I’m quite satisfied with my stay — it’s a great option for a short stay or just one night, and I would consider coming back if I need a short stay in Munich again.

Sleep deprivation for 3 days! 30 degrees celsius outside, 35 degrees inside on the top floor. Rooms have no aircon so in the middle of summer on the top floor you have to have the windows open. This means all you hear is noisy ambulances and cars revving as the hotel next to a busy traffic light. The sofa bed is very creaky and uncomfortable. We had the top floor meaning that the sloping roof takes up half your floor space. The area itself is pretty run down The area itself is surrounded by Middle Eastern businesses so if you want to eat out halal and kebabs then that's goo d for you.Hotel receptionists shouting on their speakerphones in Arabic whilst you're waiting for their attention. So pretty unprofessional. We would recommend you book slightly more east by a couple of blocks.

perfect place from which to explore Munich.Very comfortable and warm room. Plenty of electric sockets to charge my devices and work with my laptop. Great TV and really excellent hot shower, so easy to use. Friendly staff.

Stayed 3nights there, perfect location, just 5 mins' walk to the train station. Very accessible location, close to supermarket too. The apartment is very clean and spacious, the service was perfect, Rabi & his team were very helpful and efficient. I had a pleasant stay there. Thumbs up!

Everything about this place is Fabulous!!!
It’s clean, spacious and very close to the Munich Railway Station. And the most amazing thing about is the people running it- a very Special thanks to Ilayda- for her support through the booking, check in and for all the help during the stay - always polite, humble and with a smile!!! The breakfast in the cafe (which is a part of the aparthotel itself) is also good and wholesome. The aparthotel also boasts of a daily store where you can find your essential goods.

All in all I believe this place offers everything you would need and at very competitive prices. Thanks again to Ilayda and the entire team!!!

Everything was amazing. Hotel’s location is perfect. U bahn, s bahn and tram is so close to the hotel. Marienplatz is in 15 minutes walk away. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping staff was very friendly, too. If I go to Munich again, I would absolutely stay here again. They upgraded our room for free. Thanks for everything, Munich holiday became a legend for us.

Really nicely appointed and clean place to stay. Very reasonable too. We found the level of cleanliness to be excellent. Other reviewers have mentioned that the hotel is in a more run down area, this is true and it is reflected in the price, however myself and my wife did not feel at all threatened or unsafe at night. It’s about a 15 minute walk
To the tourist centre of Munich. Great value. Definitely a good place to stay.

This is a great little place to stay, if like us, you are a family of 5 who have to book two or three hotel rooms. The apartment was really spacious, clean and well equipped. Having the kitchen meant we did our own breakfast saved a bit of money towards eating out at the many fabulous restaurants in Munich. The property is located a three minute walk from the central station and a ten minute stroll to the centre of the Aldstadt. Would highly recommend to anyone travelling in a family group who like value for money. We will definitely book again!
