The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The manager Amanda did. very little to make me feel better. When the room was booked, my husband never received a confirmation. He made several attempts for one , but was unsuccessful. When we checked in, they told us our room was given to someone else because we had no confirmation.
Surprise Surprise. My husband convinced me to stay regardless of the problem.Will never return

This is the worst resort I’ve ever been to. We stayed 3 days and we didn’t have room service even once! The room smelled like cigarettes for two days. The swimming pool was tiny and not maintained at all. A three star hotel in Orlando would give you a better experience. Simply don’t go.

We had to leave to hotel because our experience was so bad and the hotel would not work with us. First, we were told we had to pay $42 per night for valet parking even though self- parking was advertised. Our room was filthy- the carpet was sticky and left our feet black, and there was hair all in the shower. We were also told the infinity pool was closed but it was not advertised on the website. When we tried to call guest services, no one would answer our calls, so we went down to the front to let them know about our problems, but they did nothing to try and make it better. We told them we were going to leave and they just said okay, and weren’t concerned at all. Also, 3 restaurants were advertised, but only 1 real restaurant exists. We tried to get a refund, but all they would refund is was the $35 resort fee. We still had to pay for the remaining 2 nights we didn’t stay. Awful customer service and false advertising! We will not be going back!

B-Warned! Do not stay here! The food was awful. The front desk staff was awful. The housekeeping was awful! No dresser in the room! No washcloths, 1 hand towel and 2 bath towels in the room. We requested them from 3 different housekeeping staff and never got them! People out in common area near pool in the center of the building I was staying up until 2 AM making all kinds of noise! Lucky for me I am local so I ended up going home to sleep! The restaurant staff did not acknowledge we were there and waited on everyone else around us. The 2nd day we could not even get a table. When they tell you free breakfast you can only order 1 of the choices on the menu! It was horrible food and cold when served! I will never go back there again!

These people are trash. Tried to make contact after spending a week at the banana bay location. The “manager” Danielle, didn’t have the slightest clue regarding customer service. Her empty stare didn’t help. She acted like she didn’t have a clue as to what was happening, after we asked multiple times as to when our room would be ready.

Worst customer service ever. Don’t waste your money on booking this. Had a family emergency tried to just change the check in date and they would not work with us. Would not assist and would not give us money back in end. All we asked for was to delay check in by a day or two. Worst place ever. Don’t book here. Go down the street to Bahia Mar.

Worst place i ever stayed....way over rated...first of all...waited way past for check in...no microwave...fridge did not work...curtains were all wrinkled...bathroom was dirty...no menus in room for room service...brings breakfast in a bag..with no condiments...waited 45 minutes for condiments..brwakfastvwas cold and had to reprder...then they want to charge 35 for 2 hours of bikes.2 waters and 2 towels....it shpuld come with room...will never go back...if you want a nice place....look for a place that puts mints on pillows...will b clean...no extra charges...you will love it...this was my first and last time...without a mint..The B Sucks
