The Ayers Vista is my home away from home nowadays. I have an office that is about 15 minutes away and when I come to town for an extended visit, the Ayers is where I like to go. The electric vehicle charging is such a great benefit for me, since I am EV owner. The friendly faces at the desk are always so welcoming and helpful and even the daily happy hour specials are a great treat! I rarely have the breakfast because my day starts early but I often get some fruit and coffee and I appreciate that little bit of attention to detail that makes me feel taken care of. Alphonse, at the front desk earns my business every time I stay. His customer service should be the industry standard. Whatever cuisine you are in the mood for is 10 minutes away...Thai, Indian, Sushi, Chicken Strips, Burgers and everything else is local and available.

My family loves the Ayres Vista. We stay here whenever we’re in town (upwards of 6 times). We drive out of our way because of the service, cleanliness, and atmosphere. Arrived an hour before check-in today, we’re told the room was ready, but that we’d have to pay $30 for early arrival. While that’s understandable (especially if you’re requesting it ahead of time), those small details matter. That makes me less loyal and willing to stay somewhere closer to my destination next time. Your brand is high touch and personal, and this approach is a miss.

Ayres Hotel is modern, and the rooms are spacious, which made for a comfortable stay. The highlight of our visit was definitely the made-to-order omelets! Ana prepared ours, and it was absolutely amazing. However, the bed was a bit saggy, and we were surprised by the $30 charge for an early check-in—even just 30 minutes early. Also, the location doesn’t have any stores or cafes nearby, so you’ll definitely need a car or Uber if you plan to stay here. Overall, a decent stay with some pros and cons.”

I give this hotel 6 stars! I've stayed there many times for business and I always have a lovely experience.The staff is impeccable and so friendly. They are always making my stay comfortable. The breakfast is delicious in the morning and in the evening the bar is a great place to socialize and has my favorite wine, La Crema. It is a quiet location and the rooms are decorated with soft tones and beautiful decor and furniture. I would highly recommend to anyone!

Staff was wonderful especially Isaiah at check in. Room was a great size with a very comfortable bed and the pillows were supportive and yet soft. Cleaning staff did professional work. The morning breakfast was well done especially the made to order omelette. Enjoyed the work out room as well as the pool. This stay at Ayres was for visiting my son. I will plan on future trips to this hotel in the future.

I reserved this hotel for my company's business trip. My team was flying in from abroad for their first time in the US. I reached out to the hotel manager, Carl, to ask for some help with getting copies of the reservations and making sure that my team had a smooth stay. He was incredibly helpful. He even took time to reach out during their stay to ask how everything was going. Despite never meeting Carl in person he made an incredible impression.

Additionally, the team working the front desk was so kind, patient, and attentive. Joy Chang (the sales manager), and David, helped me check my team in when they arrived. They were so helpful and patient- I had put down an incorrect name for one of the reservations and they cleared it up right away without a hiccup.
Every day I came by to pick them up there was someone else working the front desk and they were always nice. Alphonse in particular was very friendly.

I'd definitely book this hotel again in the future! If you're thinking about it- just do it. You won't regret it.

Would highly recommend this place. Very clean. The staff was nice and helpful. When we checked in Isaiah was very nice. He helped us find a place for dinner. Breakfast was good and filling. The day we checked out David was very kind and made our check out a breeze. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel lobby and hotel rooms were clean. Hotel room was well-organized, not cluttered. Towels/bed sheets were clean. Bed was reasonably comfortable; pillows were adequately soft but supportive. Elevator was always functioning. Staff was friendly, helpful, and highly accommodating. I ran into an issue with the shower/bathtub knob, which staff quickly offered to resolve. Complimentary breakfast was also of higher than average quality; made-to-order omelettes were delicious. If I'm ever in this area again, I'd definitely choose this hotel.
