We stayed here for 3 nights during a vacation in Austin. Upon check in the front desk woman was helpful and friendly. Check in was easy and smooth. Our room was clean and comfortable. The water in the shower had good water pressure and the water was nice and hot. Breakfast we good but not great. The same thing was offered every day except one morning when there was a choice off eggs/sausage/ potatoes ( the 3rd morning it was what looked like the left over eggs only). Hot cocoa was available morning 1 but never refilled the rest of the mornings. The juices ran clear in morning 3 and after sitting and eating for 10 or so minutes we finally saw someone who was working ( typically there has been no one working around in the lobby or front desk while we were at breakfast.) she was able to fix the juice machine. Over all it was a good stay. I think their staff needs to be present in the lobby area in the mornings as it seems strange that they weren’t.

The staff were great! There was a variety of food to select from breakfast such as the sandwich of the day. The room was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel again whenever I’m in the area

Booked this spot for the weekend. They had the same breakfast available everyday - scrambled eggs, breakfast sausage, bagels, bread, cereal, yogurt and fruits. Entrances on the side which was convenient. The place was very low key and quiet. Room was clean, hallway was clean, and most importantly restroom was clean. Check in and out was super quick and very quick.

NOT GOOD FOR DISABILITIES: rooms are clean and decent but this not a good hotel if you have disabilities. King size room had a roll in shower with attached seat but the floor design is bad, all the water from shower runs into the living area and creates a flood. If you get a room with 2 queen beds they don't have free standing shower chairs available and there is not a single hand rail in the shower. This review is for people with disabilities or anyone that doesn't want a flooded room after you shower. Needed 8 towels to get it somewhat dry.

Super clean, amazing breakfast, comfy bed, safe, and secure. Staff was very friendly and happy to help. Seriously though you can’t beat the breakfast so much to choose from all so fresh. A bit away from most attractions but the convenient parking is a huge plus.

Overall we had a great stay. Rooms are super affordable and very nice. Beds are comfortable, room stayed freezing, and clean spaces. Will definitely stay here again. Everything is easy to get to and just minutes from my daughter's apartment. So very convenient for us.

Great staff, convenient location and great price. Close to Round Rock and Cedar Park. The rooms the basic essentials for what I need on my short stay. My room was clean and had a small refrigerator. The breakfast was an array of grab and go items from breakfast sandwhiches to cereal. They have a nice coffee and water machine that is available all day. Jennifer from the management staff was very helpful and I'll be back for future stays!

Just visited Austin for the first time and stayed for a week. Before the trip, I did - maybe an excessive amount of - hotel research to find a good place to stay that wasn't going to break the bank. After a few hours of reading reviews and comparing prices, I decided on Avid NW Lakeline and crossed my fingers that it was the right choice.

Its a little ways from Downtown Austin, but I had my car so that part didn't bother me much. And I was pleased to find that the traffic really wasn't too bad, all things considered.

Now for the hotel. FREE parking is an automatic plus. That, along with not having to use Valet parking was one of the reasons I decided to look further outside the downtown area. I didn't have any issue parking in their lot the entire week. The parking lot is lit and it feels safe. Its also incredibly easy to get to from the highway and to get back on to the highway.

Then we enter the lobby - Incredibly clean, super well lit, and very welcoming! They even have coffee and a few other options available free all day. Thats another automatic plus in my book! The front desk staff was really nice and made the check in/out process easy peasy.

Next, the room. We were on the 4th floor which is the top floor at this hotel. Elevator access was never an issue. We never had to wait long for one to arrive. The elevators were clean and spacious, the hallways were clean and well lit. The room was also incredibly clean! I know this is a newer hotel, but sometimes they take a turn for the worse sooner than seems possible. This place certainly doesn't seem like that'll be the case. The bed was comfortable and the linens were clean and soft. The bathroom was very spacious and also well-cleaned! We aren't too picky about where we stay, but cleanliness and safety are the highest priorities. And this place gets an A+ in my book for the week we were there!

It also happened to be the hottest week in Austin, but the A/C was able to keep up and our room never got uncomfortable!

I was also very pleasantly surprised that our stay was incredibly quiet. The hotel is right off the highway, but the noise is not overwhelming at all. And my room even faced the road. The other guests in the hotel were also quiet and respectful.

Overall, I couldn't have been happier with my stay here and I'm glad I ended up searching so long for hotels so I was able to find this place. I'll be staying here again the next time I'm in Austin.

Also - if you like coffee, there's a coffee shop called Cuppa Austin 3 minutes away and super easy to get to. Highly recommend!
