Der Empfang war freundlich, die Atmosphäre der Lobby ist allerdings eher etwas kühl. Das Einchecken dauerte ein bisschen lange, alles andere war überzeugend. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist OK. Der Raum war mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet, besonders erwähnenswert ist der wirklich leise Kühlschrank und die Klimaanlange / Heizung, die individuell ein- und auch ausgestellt werden kann. Die Zimmer haben eine angenehme Grösse, keine Kaffeemaschine dafür ein Bügeleisen und -brett. Die Lage des Hotels ist direkt neben der Autobahn, Das bedeutet einerseit, dass man den Verkehr - ein ständiges Rauschen - wirklich sehr gut hört, andererseits ist die Verkehrsanbindung sehr gut.

I loved everything about this hotel, receptionist was kind, and professional, the room very nice and clean. Big room. They were painting when I first check in, Looks nice.
When I first c/in I had request king Regular, the space is pleasant. My mother had Full Suit plenty space to set up do some work in the room. there were 2 TV. I will definitely be returning to this location.

Tornado was going through Houston and I pulled over for shelter. The lady inside saw me coming, locked the door, and waived her finger at me with a lot of attitude. Pretty interesting way to treat someone during a disaster. I wonder if it’s representative of the company as well.

I stayed 2 nights at this hotel and booked it through a booking app. The first stay, the counter person was very nice and so hospitable. There was construction going on and the room was a nice room. It was clean and huge some off the lighting didn't work. The bed sheets where some what stained but clean i think. It was a smoking room so that is a plus for me cuase i don't want to go outside to smoke. The second night i stayed i had booked through the booking app and it said the total price was 60 dollars like the night before and when i went to go renew my key to my room and recheck in the counter person charged me 15 dollars extra and i told him that i had booked the room all ready and that it said the total price was 60 like the night before and he said that was the booking apps price not his and i told him but isn't the hotel partnered with the booking app. He just didn't say anything do if you want a hotel that steels your money i wouldn't recommend this hotel.

I reserved 4 rooms for family. The rooms are nothing like the pictures. The walls are stained, broken/old furniture. The 2 rooms we actually saw smelled very bad & had stains on the walls & old furniture that was peeling. The beds were not comfortable to even sit on, pillows were so thin. My daughter saw a bug in the bathroom. We ended up canceling the reservations less than hour after arriving. They still charged me $30 because we went in... whole place needs a major makeover. Definitely would not recommend to stay here.

good price for just a one night stay but the shower head was broken, we told the front desk and the lady said someone will come fix it in 10 minutes and nobody ever came. had to wash ourselves by stuffing the drain w a washcloth because there was no drain stopper and fill the bathtub and take a bath ? and the floor was flooded in the bathroom from something and it wasnt from the tub? also saw a roach ? the tv remote or the hotel room phone didnt work either…. smh OH AND the sheets look like it had cigarette burns like? cmon now do yall even try? how are places like this open?
