Could be a really nice hotel. Rooms have potential and are cute, looks like they are trying to renovate. One TV worked properly (other couldn’t be turned off once turned on, volume uncontrollable). Hot water in one room not the other. Some features in one room not the other. (Switched rooms because we were awakened at 6:30a by a SERIOUS domestic dispute) but turns out it was unavoidable in either room we stayed in. Bed is big and cozy. Room fairly clean, but better than I’ve seen for comparable stays. No roaches!! That was probably one of the best things about this place. If you don’t mind the occasional DV, traffic noise, and limited amenities, this place is decent. Oh, every room has a space about 1” between the door jamb. Not the worst, not the best.

Arrived at 2pm because website shows check in is at 2, (man stated it is at 3) our room was still being cleaned which was no biggie as a family members room was ready so we waited in there. As soon as house keeping was done we went into our room which had a strong cigarette smoke smell to it. I having asthma and my daughter having bad allergies knew we couldn’t sleep in there. We had to run some errands so I went to the front office really quick to let them know of the smell, man at the front desk said he’d take care of it while we were gone. We came back about 11pm as we went to visit family and the room now smelled of smoke mixed with a strong air freshener smell on top of it. It was late my toddler was asleep so we had no choice but to sleep there since we were only staying one night. My daughter was up all night having trouble breathing, luckily I had meds to help her. Needless to say we had to check out early and head back home a lot sooner than we planned because she was not feeling well. When we checked out I asked the same man to please have house keeping check the rooms better before releasing them to the next people (we had 3 rooms total and another family member had issues in their room as well) and he said I was wrong and there was no smoke smell in my room. Do better “America’s Best”, it does not matter if you have guests staying one night or five nights.. if I am not being rude and coming to you with an issue I have with my room, it is your job to FIX it not mask it. One star because it would not allow me to give it less ‍♀️

This is the worst place I’ve ever stayed in. I requested a non-smoking room, but my room smells of smoke that was tried to mask with a very strong fragrance. The door is barely closed, so you have to use the deadbolt to lock it. The door battery is held together with tape. There was a used towel left in the shower and black mold on the roof. There were items left on the couch. The office chair is torn and broken. The pillows are flat and the blankets are thin.

Positive: Nothing maybe that the location was convenient Negative: Dirty. The door was broken into recently and had no gasket could?ve been broken into easily. There was cigarette burns on the bedding. No tv remote. Mold stains on the walls and door. It was absolutely disgusting

ROACHES!!!!!! Lots of ROACHES ?..
There are Big ? , medium ?, and also baby twins , accompanied by their lil cousins?. I have killed at least 20, and I have only been here since 3. ? I’m not sleeping tonight AT ALL!! And I’m not gonna even talk about the 20 FBI that had 2 rooms down the hall on lock until a few minutes ago ?

P.S. The guy in the office was really nice, but baby you need to get these roaches together, because I am pissed ?

One of a kind place, staff is nice they're all very accommodating. Super clean rooms I've tried palace inn a few times and I'm happy I stopped spending my money there. I can see my money and the more value for it here.

I for one can say that I truly loved my stay here. The hotel is beautiful, fresh, and relaxing. Most noteworthy is the staff. Every single person we spoke with had the best attitude. The owner and his wife was super phenomenal and caring.Never have I experience such warm and kind service which creates such a inviting atmosphere.This location is in a quiet spot but close to everything. Definitely would recommend anyone to come and experience what home feels like away from home. I am looking forward to my next stay here when time and business permits.

I couldn't say nothing bad about it..ita a hotel and well the staff treats u as u come and present urself..the managers were all nice to me..except the older lady..the young gentlemen was nice and so was the manager..but omg...I finally went back there to confirm that my check out had been posted to fema..Pya if ur reading this..you stole my heart! U are just what every gentlemen would want from a woman. I want to say u are very professional and u did ur job very well I felt so welcomed by the staff! But you will forever have a warm place inside my heart..if corporate reads this..this hotel staff deserves a recognition for the service..they treated me well..I would definitely recommend it..and the location is good..they have plenty of food within walking distance..sigh..I miss seeing her smile..she's so dreamy..Pya with the most respect in the world..I'm sending u a huge warming hug and a kiss wich I know I'll always dream of having...mmuazh love you guys thanks for making me feel welcomed!! Ohh and sunny patel...thanks for the icee beverage!!
