Very bad hotel, i wonder how they got 3 stars: my experience is very bad. Hallway bad dark smelly, i needed to buy airrefreshner. The hotelmanagement is not co-operative they do not like to have satisfied costumers.. the rooms are overpriced. I hope the hotel get checked it should not even operate looking at the state the hotel is in. Broken beds, bad bathroom, mole everywhere, open electric wires, bathroom handwash next to dirty walll, airvent with paper inside( in the bathroom). Garage very smelly full containers! My brother sat on bed we were making videos holliday trip the bed broke , the hotel didnt care, they left us in the room they said we cant do anything. The receptionist tried and the manager declined, we saw the hotel had enough rooms, even knocked on some doors.. they didnt have lamp covers, dust everywhere. Fridge with old food not cleaned at all. Old curtains very dirty. The bathroom door couldnt open was stuck. If we could get refund, than we certainly would have gone to other hotel. We booked the hotel because of inaccurate pictures online. We booked for 9 persons and paid like €520. I would advise everyone avoid this hotel it will spoil your hollidays. I wish i never booked this one

STAY AWAY!!

I Booked a family room and on check in I was told the room is in the annexe and no where advertised in booking.com at booking stage. I told reception being with kids I prefer main building and she said only twin available. I had no alternative.
Bathroom was disgusting as attached. Spider webs that have been long time.
No ac okay was not advertised but not even a fan. Before a flight 1 need a good rest and in fact i ended up all night awake with heat and no extra bed.
I asked them to refund me at least difference from triple and twin and they refuse. Their response proof how unprofessional they are. We still paid good money so room should be good.

I stayed here with two young children and booked a triple room. The listing says nothing about annex rooms, but on arrival, we were told our room was in a separate annex building, which I refused for safety reasons. I was then given a twin room, not what I booked. No air conditioning (which I expected), but no fan either, and the room was unbearably hot.||||The bathroom was mouldy, with rust on the toilet flush, and I had to cover an unsanitary box on the wall with tissues. There were spiders and spiderwebs, which made me very uncomfortable with two children. When I contacted the hotel, I only asked for the difference in room type — not compensation — and was told to contact Booking.com.||||Their listing says the hotel has a restaurant, terrace, and clean bathrooms — but what we experienced didn’t reflect that. Disappointing, especially for a family trip I worked hard to give my kids. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Small boutique hotel with decent rooms and good breakfast. Rooms are clean and well equipped. Seems to be run as a family business, so there is a personal touch.

On the flipside, if you plan to check in late at night, be sure to call ahead to figure out parking access and how to get your room keys as the lobby is literally locked and shut down. The hotel also has a strange practice of powering off the elevator at night, so be ready to lug your luggage up the stairs if you check in at night.

A very very good choice! Very clean, very safe, very quiet! I slept directly, though i can't usually when i am alone in an hotel. The workers are also very nice.. i would highly recommend.
