We had a very pleasant stay at Adagio Hotel in Kiel. The hotel is wheelchair accessible, which was very important for our family. Parking was available behind the hotel for 20 € per day, which was convenient.
The hotel has modern architecture and a nice, contemporary design. The room was very clean and well equipped, with a stove, microwave, plates, and everything needed to prepare simple meals. The bathroom was clean and comfortable.
The staff were kind, helpful, and very empathetic, which made us feel welcome. Breakfast was good, and the location is excellent—close to the city center, the harbour, and everything you need.
We truly recommend this hotel, especially for families and wheelchair users.

We were lucky we could check in early, and we were allowed to park their parking garage after we had checked out. The location is excellent, withing walkiglng distance to a whole bunch of things.

The room was super nice - nothing to add, just 10/10 room.

Only issue we had was the very hard bed.

Our visit was excellent here. If you can, try to get parking in their own parking garage! It's the easiest entrance, if you come by car.

Check in is at 15:00 and checkout is at 11:00. You can park in their parking garage the entire stay, and only pay when you leave. If there is no available parking in their parking garage, there are plenty of parking garages just next to the hotel.

The location is excellent, and near several cafes and restaurants, which are on the pedestrian street, so you're at walking distance to everything.
If it matters, there's a pub / bar and casino right next to the hotel. The hotel also has its own restaurant.

This hotel has been the easiest to deal with in my case, everything is so very straightforward, and the staff are excellent at giving answers to any questions.

I would absolutely want to go here again. 😁

I have stayed here several times, a nice place it is! Rooms are great, well decorated and in the heart of Kiel! Good breakfast and restaurant. Next to Casino. Many shops around, easy to get Kebab:)

Despite low occupancy, it was not possible to check-in early. The furniture in the room was too cluttered. Fold away chairs would have given more space.

Breakfast was a total chaos, as the restaurant is not set up for serving a fully booked hotel.

We needed a place to stay the night before getting on our MSC cruise. I was a bit nervous because I’ve never traveled to Europe but this one was perfect! It was maybe a 10 minute walk from the Kiel train station.||I knew not to except huge rooms and it was small by American standards but it was just fine for our family of four (two adults, 16 yr old, and 13 yr old). Queen bed for hubby and I, sofa bed for the 13 yr old, and a Murphy style bed for the 16 yr old; their beds had even been opened and set up before we arrived. Small kitchenette and table. Bathroom was good, too, and shower had good water pressure. A/C worked good. Plenty of places to plug in our phones to charge. Room was simple, nothing fancy, but clean. ||We ate in the restaurant downstairs for dinner (very, very good) and for the breakfast buffet. Lots of tasty options on the buffet. It was perfect for us before we headed to catch our shuttle to our cruise. ||All the staff we interacted with were very friendly. Wish I’d thought to take a few pictures besides of some food. 🙂 I’d definitely book a night here again.

Was planning to give a 10 rating but only rated 9 because of a shortage of room cleaning on the 2nd week of my stay. Maybe it is not totally your fault as I assume the cleaning staff will do it on Monday if they did not do it on Sunday. The good rating was due to fast rectification services from your staff. I have a defective electric kettle and empty body wash bottle. I got the kettle replaced and a new bottle of body wash ASAP. If I do visit Kiel again, I would like to stay here again. 😁
