Gutes , sehr freundliches Hotel. Ein bischen weniger Design und dafür ein Schrank und/oder Schubladen wären gut. Die Lage ist gut, aber da kommt es ja in New York drauf an wo man hin will! Meteo ist jedenfalls auch direkt nebenan!

Review:

This hotel is cute and charming, with a cozy atmosphere that makes it a pleasant place to stay. We arrived early and couldn’t check in right away, but the staff were very accommodating and stored our luggage while we explored the area.

The location, however, was a bit farther from the main attractions than we expected, which made getting around a little inconvenient.

The breakfast left something to be desired—it was quite greasy and didn’t feel very healthy. On the bright side, I really enjoyed the lobby area. It’s a very lively spot to just sit, read, and unwind, which made a great little retreat during the day.

Overall, it’s a nice hotel with a few areas for improvement, but I still appreciated the overall charm and helpful staff.

I love the Ace Hotel in Brooklyn. It is the nicest hotel near downtown Brooklyn and Brooklyn Heights. The place is very cool and modern. The lobby has a great lounge with food and great cocktails. Rooms are clean and modern, but not cold. There is a bagel and coffee shop with a door directly in the Ace. Front desk and bartenders are all so nice. The only problem is the rate. It is pricey. Look for deals.

Pretty decent hotel with some issues with housekeeping, the minibar and service overall. Would really benefit from better trained staff, a good hotel manager and a focus on operations.

Location is a bit sketchy, Fulton St. is a couple blocks away and there was a homeless guy bothering the doorman, and at night lots of mentally disturbed homeless roaming the streets. Still it is pretty convenient to downtown, Park Slope and Cobble Hill but you need a cab for Williamsburg.

But regardless, one of the better Brooklyn hotels (I’ve stayed at a few now).

Ace Hotel is TOP TIER. We came to NY for a concert at the Barclay Center and wanted to stay somewhere within walking distance. I'm so glad we chose this place. We were greeted with a smile by the front desk staff and actually felt like they wanted us there. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with plenty of space to hang out and soak up some city vibes. Our room was lovely! The bed was comfy, and the sofa and chair added just the right amount of seating. We had breakfast at the restaurant and it was delicious. We were also in walking distance of TONS of restaurants and shopping. I would definitely recommend staying here. When we checked out the staff was just as friendly, they even provided us transportation to the airport for much cheaper than Uber. Keep up the great work Ace Hotel. If I come back to Brooklyn, this is the place I will stay. Also, shout out to the amazing bartender!

Loved this spot. Came for a bat-mitzvah. This is a Manhattan style hotel in a BK location. The staff are wonderful. Super queer friendly, which I especially appreciated. My room had gorgeous views of Brooklyn -- huge windows. Lots of cool stuff nearby, obviously. I ran over the Brooklyn Bridge (4.3 miles round trip for the runners!). Would come back in a flash.

Great location, clean and chic, just as expected from the Ace brand. I’ve always loved the one in Toronto, and now the Brooklyn location is equally impressive. The lobby working space is a great place to get things done. However, my experience with the staff was mixed. Some were a bit aggressive and tried to charge me the full amount, even though I had already paid. It felt unprofessional. On the bright side, the bellmen were fantastic, and the lady who handled my checkout was friendly and efficient. No complaints there. I also appreciated their flat-rate airport transportation service. As always, I was most impressed with the Wing and Horn products—especially the robe and bar soap. A great stay overall, despite a few hiccups.

Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. I was hesitating about staying in Brooklyn but the location is perfect. We were able to walk to the Barclays center for a show. The lobby is so romantic and lively. Service and restaurant were great. The room looks exactly like the photos and we had a beautiful view over Brooklyn. Would stay here again.
