Traveling with my dog which can be expensive with pet fees. Red roof is great as first pet is free but the hotels are often gross. Not this one. Nice clean good smelling room. A few things maybe less than beautiful but when booking a budget room I don’t care about that. Just want clean! This was a nice stay. I waited 10 minutes at the front desk before a staff member was available to check us in, but since the room was nice i didn’t mind. Would stay here again

Was in town over night to deliver to the hospital. Was only 9 min away. Rooms were very clean. Staff was very nice and talkative. Nice stay for under $100. Would definitely stay again.

Positive: Nothing Negative: Value for the price not as expected, walls very thin, no elevator, phone didn?t work, could barely get soap/shampoo out of on wall containers, smoke detector battery beeped at night & staff said to bring it to them. Very dated & beat up bathroom & room.

This place is clean. It’s right by the freeway so a bit noisy. There are also people hanging around that you should be cautious about your belongings and surroundings. The front desk was unable to help and I had to wait a few hours until the manager arrived later in the afternoon. The facilities are incorrectly listed across platforms and some show they have a fitness center, which is untrue.

The hotel is like Motel with basic breakfast motel (not hot). Close to shopping area, supermarket, you can even go for a walk to town , very nice. On the positive side I have to say that the room was renovated and new. But ... I have to say that I had a problem when I saw that the window did not open and no fresh air from the street. The manager Scott, helped us to arrange the cancellation of the remaining days. Thank you Scott

The service and rooms are great but the manager is a mean cantankerous and not understanding at all. I booked online for a reasonable amount and the next day it skyrocketed to almost $200. A very nice lady let me stay with her for that night and the manager threatened to kick the ladies out for sheltering me.

My stay with Red roof inn has been wonderful so far. Upon my check-in Scott at the front desk was very helpful and very resourceful!! Couldn't ask for better customer service five star all the way!! Thank you so much for all your help Scott!!

Good experience. Bed was comfy, TV was big with plenty of channels, bathroom decent, plenty of towels. I appreciate the little things. Radiator instead of thermostat but temp control was good. Nice gentleman working at the front desk. They had a problem running my AMEX card and I saw three pending duplicate charges, but it went through smoothly thankfully. Small parking lot with iffy clientele but nothing Red Roof can do about that.
