Don't appreciate NOT getting the type of room I booked months ago. Don't appreciate being LOCKED & padlocked into the property for HOURS!!! This is a Fire Safety Hazard!!! Don't appreciate the owners/managers/"help" parking illegally in the Handicap parking spots AND on the sidewalks; for hours overnight & daytime. It makes it VERY HARD to almost impossible for us handicapped seniors.

We payed a deposit and for 2 adults and our 3small fur babies they said the room smelled. Ya from the fricken microwave that smelled like burnt wires. The refused to refund all of the deposit. Manager never went in the room he opened the door and then closed it. At least we didn't smoke in the room or smoked pot like others did around us and when the office was called nothing was done about the drugs and they let aggressive dogs to stay.

terrible dirt, hotel workers threw trash right next to our door, flies in the room, microwave not working, cockroaches in the bathroom. this room was not worth the $100 we paid. maximum is $20 or $30. all night some people walk near your door and listen to loud music, homeless people around. I was happy to leave the place

After re-reading my May 2024 review, I've decided to add some more. Nothing seems to have improved or changed since my last review. Also, for some unknown reason, they still LOCK you out of your room EVERYDAY while your out visiting family. Then you have to go stand outside of the Office, talk through the heavy glass window & wait to get a new key card. This is for a 3 night pre-paid stay. WHY And don't even think about checking in a little early... they charge EXTRA for that too! During my stay, they never once changed any of the towels, made the bed, emptied the ONE & ONLY trash can, brought any fresh soap, or I far as I could tell; cleaned the room at all. Oh, and as a 70+ year old disabled senior; they do not enforce the handicapped parking spots. Which are usually taken by "visitors" coming to hang out with the "guests" all hours of the day & night. The new employees?/owners? are very hard to understand their English, through the thick glass. They don't seem to understand our questions either. BUT... when all you want is a place to lay your head for a few hours each night between visits with family; it is still the cheapest motel in Hemet. If you consider about $100/night "cheap". The only reason I don't give it 1 star is because there are worse & more dangerous motels in the area. So considering a "reasonable" price, the convenience of the location to family & just needing a temporary place to rest... it is what it is.

The mobility accessible room remodel was a perfect bathroom. Nice size room. Needs a better mattress and could use a chair for sitting instead of just the bed...the curtains were to light and see through, we had to put another blanket over the window for privacy...very clean.
Only down side was the loitering of either homeless or of others guest not sure who they were but it was a little over the top after school got out..otherwise very nice staff...beautiful remodel(new beds and pillows could be alot better) and needs a chair...they are definitely trying to update and make this worth the money they charge per night

Location was good ?
Service was okay. Lobby was closed all the time. Room was cleaned but smell a lot like cigarettes. Hard to sleep because the smell was too strong.

Wires were sticking out. Broken lights. Holes in wall. Very distressed mattress and furniture. Huge homeless problem, and they stick around 24/7 and try to talk to visitors. That's why the main entrance door is heavy duty. No breakfast, but restaurants nearby. Do not come here unless you're *seriously* in a pinch, and be very careful. Not what I expected.

If they would be more accountable for the house keeping to not take things that don't belong to them and not get on people's phone who connect to there Wi-Fi it would be a very great place and to the people who stay for more them just one or two months be more loyal to those people I was there for almost 7 months and when I was trying to explain I live here basically I will have the money I was still put out my room with no where to go and I have been behind a few times. I always pay but it made no d'reference to the workers or owner they made me go to there other hotel one day out of the month just so I couldn't say I stayed there it's not right because being disabled and not have anywhere to go now is really hard. But to put me out my room and still charge me until I become up with the money was unfair so when I did get the money I was right back in the hole and then when I slept people came in my room but with all the cameras nothing was done
