This is deplorable! I was super exhausted when I arrived. Traveling for work. The remote to the tv didn’t work. Requested another and was required to program it myself. That should have been the first red flag I suppose, so just crashed. Then when I woke up in the middle of the night, prepared to shower>The pictures speak for themselves. When contacting the front desk I was advised she couldn’t extend any form of assistance or compensation for room’s condition! I had to wait until 9am to speak with Jan the manager! Seriously! My hair is red by the way. So the black hair in the sink-NOT MINE! Even with shower shoes I can’t use the shower! GROSS! Mildew and what looks like koolaid stains. The dead roach was discovered when I tried to turn on the tv manually! Just deplorable! Never again! And the property while in a decent location, smells like marijuana right next to the office!!! This morning and last night when I walked to get a remote!!! Certainly the staff smell it!!!||Noteworthy details|Do not rent here!!!!

The nastiest dirtiest most disgusting place I've ever been to avoid at all costs !literally every time I went here there was something wrong. either no towels at all no showers, the floors were dirty disgusting I couldn't even walk barefooted on it because my feet would get solid black on the bottom even my socks. they allowed guests to let their dogs poop right in the walkway the outside walk area that's attached to the building the patio which is disgusting. Good afternoon you can get light on by the staff stole from in which was my case and then when you called guest relations they don't do nothing about it neither does the manager so obviously they condone their guests being treated wrong stole from and disrespected it just amazes me of how much money we get to spend to go to their hotel they're crummy dirty disgusting hotels only to get ripped off indescribably wrong and then they're going to believe their staff over the people who give them their money where is customer service anymore I wish all hotels would go away if that's the way they're going to treat their guests at the end of the day and the person who stole from me still works there really you want a female with a tattoo on her face like she's Mike Tyson representing you come on really what the ghetto hell is that seriously don't go to this place you will regret it in the end just like I do even if you stayed under the bridge would be 10 million times better than coming to this crummy disgusting Petty nasty cockroaches infested liar infested that's cool has not to make me have to constantly keep an eye on your car. So if you like sleeping with one eye open and not getting really any true rest and getting stole some and disrespected then hey this is the place for you

THEY ARE FRAUD!! Everyone read these message!

I had cancellable and refundable reservation per policy . When I wanted to cancel per policy , they gave me approval for cancellation it turned out I should have contacted to Expedia for cancellation , anyways, YANKI at the desk approved then I thought everything was okay. But obviously the person at the desk forgot to take a note or lied to me and said everything is okay on their side just to get my money , this is why I charged for stay. When I realized and context to Expedia , it was too late, they already charged me .

The other issue is, when I called the desk and Expedia customer service. They confirmed that I COMPLETED WHOLE STAY IN PROPERTY even I was not there ! Completely unacceptable because I was not even in Texas. Who showed my ID? Who checked in on behalf of me ? These are my other SECURITY and guest PRIVACY concerns . No one can show anyone as present . Even if there was miscommunication among team and they thought I am a no show, they should have charged me for no-show. Not for all stay. Even with this you can understand hotel ’s only aim is trying to get money.

I will not let it go and I need assistance before I go to hotel with police to check cameras and sue them. I know what they can do or not as being in hotel management ?!.

Smell of marijuana was EVERYWHERE for a non-smoking room, hall, and the entire motel, as told by the desk. Cockroaches running around the room. There were signs stating NO ANIMALS, yet people had dogs in many rooms. No cleaning or bed turn-down until checked out. Was there 3 days. Just needed a place to sleep and shower I was not in the room 99% of the time. Noisy, the smell was disgusting, and I do not do unhealthy cockroachs. That is a health code violation.

You have to understand this is extended living you are not the only person staff is catering to. I can't complain much I'm realistic when it comes to living in extended living quarters.

The staff takes care of me when it's within there control. If I have an issue it's taken care of and they've apologized if they were unaware of anything that was wrong with the room if it had any maintenance issues.

I appreciate being able to have somewhere to stay.

Positive: "" Negative: Maintenance man attempted to get into my room without knocking or announcing himself. Later the receptionist attempted the same thing. The towels in the room were dirty, possibly the maintenance man.

Positive: A couple of the residents - and that's what they were. Long time residents. Negative: It says specifically NO DOGS but there are several residents with one if not two dogs. There was dog poo ALL over the property, you have to be really careful not to step in it than not. Some residents sit in their cars blasting music . Weed smell 24/7

Worst hotel I've ever been to. Pretty unkept, rust all over the stove, air vents, shower fan, etc.
The laminated floor needs deep cleaning...feels sticky to walk on and if you walk barefoot, your feet turn black...lots of dirt! Bugs all over...stairs are dirty, horrible smell. The entrance door is hard to open due to being too old. Mold on the bathroom's ceiling.
