Wir werden hier nicht mehr übernachten weil das Hotel die Kreditkarte für Nebenkosten mit 200 Dollar belastet. Ein Hotel ohne Bar und ohne Restaurant. Wo sollenn da die hohen Nebenkosten herkommen? Wenn das alle Hotels machen würden bräuchte man für Reisen eine weitere Kreditkarte da es bis zu einer Woche dauen kann, bis die Belastung wieder gelöscht wird.

I've stayed at this hotel many times when I come to the area for work. We are Bonvoy members so we've been to Marriott properties all over the world. I think reasonable expectations for a property of this level are: updated room, clean room, working appliances/fixtures, decent included breakfast, helpful staff. Here is how they performed:

Updated rooms - yes, this is a newish hotel
Clean room - no, first room had should on the floor of the bathroom and hair in the shower. I prefer an extremely clean room, can live with a couple imperfections, cannot live with someone else's hair and sorry floors so I had to change rooms. Second room was not great but was acceptable. The cleaning crew probably needs better training.
Working appliances/fixtures - of I'm renting a room then I'm paying for this so if it isn't delivered, I'm overpaying for what is offered. TV in the second room doesn't work. Of course I learn this at night because I'm working during the day. When I call the front desk they offer another room. I suggest that before we go down that road maybe we should try to fix the TV because it appears to be a tech issue. No "engineer" on site at that time (7pm). Front desk tells me they have been having issues with TVs for a month. Seriously?

Decent included breakfast - quality varies by trip

Helpful staff - front desk tries to be. I feel bad for them because they have no control over whether management is up keeping property properly.

This property is newish and my preferred one in the area so it's disappointing that I may have to look for something else. Traveling for work is already less than glamorous so hotels heard toward that should have a goal of delivering a super smooth stay, not one that involves room changes and non working appliances.

My husband and I came here with our daughter, so we could drive to Yosemite National Park and then Sequoia National Park and then Monterey/Big Sur. It was a central location for us to do everything without getting a hotel in each place. ||Parking lot is big, some spots in the back are covered. ||The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool, which our daughter loved. The staff kept the towels filled too. ||The hotel room was just what we needed. We put snacks in the kitchen area, water and food in the fridge, and each morning I used the microwave. ||I have celiac disease so the breakfast didn't have anything for me to eat that was gluten free. I went to the grocery store to get gluten free protein breakfasts to put in the microwave and eat on my own. ||The one complaint I will share is the AC. We told the hotel that we had the AC on for several hours and it wasn't working. They sent someone to go look at it and couldn't figure out what was wrong. We put it at 65, closed all the drapes, and each day went to a national park so it should have been cool upon our return. It was not. Hotel said it was because we're on the top floor (4th floor) and heat rises. They offered to switch rooms but I didn't want to pack up and then unpack in a different room after being exhausted from hiking each day, so we just dealt with it. But if you stay here I recommend a lower level floor to combat this issue should you have it too.

Clean,comfortable, my only 2 complaints are the breakfast in the mornings is exactly the same every single day with litterally 0 variation. And my second complaint is with the automatic lights in the bathroom; doesn't seem to be way too shut that function off. Otherwise it's clean and comfortable.

We needed a safe, clean and accommodating a place to crash during the half point of our road trip. Service was great except for it took quite a while to book a room and we were exhausted at one in the morning. Rooms were super nice and clean and so accommodating. The beds were comfy. We woke up the next morning not wanting to leave. I wish breakfast stayed open a little longer than 9 AM. Anyway, it was a great spot and we would come back again

We arrived and were attended by a girl named Felisha. She was nice but the other girl, which I didn’t get her name, was rude, aggressive and had poor customer service skills. Your establishment should not have people like that individual working at your site. I would give zero stars just because of her.

I stay at this residence inn every month while I'm in town for work. I enjoy their coffee and their breakfast is actually pretty good. Way better than other ones I've been to. Rooms also have always been clean! However, this review isn't necessarily about the food or rooms but about the service, and in particular, an associate named Kendra. Every single time I've come in and she's working, I'm greeted promptly, she's super friendly and warm and honestly interacting with her is one of the highlights of staying here. Whether she is checking me in, or simply acknowledging me when I'm leaving or coming back, her pleasant demeanor is the same.

I honestly hope that her manager sees this because I really want them to know what a gem they have in their hands. She is the BEST! So, thank you Kendra for being so awesome. I appreciate you and the service you provide. See ya next month!

Don't stay here if you have a service animal or are with family.
They will try to charge a cleaning fee even though it's illegal, then kick you out.
My mother and brother checked in late at night (9p) and informed the front desk agent, Kolone, that they had a service dog.
The agent did not mention anything about the fee until my family got all their bags into the room and relaxed for 20 - 30 minutes, then she called saying there would be a pet fee of $100. Our dog is fully trained and is a licensed service animal. My mom tried to explain, but she didn't seem to care, so to avoid tension, my mother decided to just check out at 10p and verified that they would not be charged.
Afterward, they went to the front desk to ensure they won't be charged, and she threatened to kick us out with her security guard, Lisa, because she thought my mom took a picture of her THEN lied to the security officer in front of my mom saying that my mother said she took a picture of her when she didn't. Honestly, with how Kolone acted, it seemed like she was on something. (To give context, my mother has one of those samsung flip phones, and to set them down properly, you have to prop it up like a laptop, so maybe there was some confusion.)
At this point, I called the hotel. Once she took me off hold, I asked for her name, and she provided it. Then I informed her that I was calling in regards to my family with the service animal, and I wanted to clear up any confusion their may be about our animal. She was uncooperative and wouldn't explain anything about why she would charge a fee. She also refused to give me the security guards name, so I asked my mother what it was.
After that, my mother called me telling me Kolone threatened to call the police on her because my mom "took a picture of her" when she didn't. My mother decided to just leave and not continue the argument.
Once I heard this, I called again to ask a couple of questions, and she wouldn't answer any of them. I asked if she would still charge a fee for our service animal if we got everything sorted and she didn't answer. I asked 9 times, and even with her coworker there, they both had no answer. I told them that it was illegal to charge someone for a service animal and that management has failed them in educating them about the legalities regarding service animals. She continued to be uncooperative and didn't give me the manager's name or her coworkers name.
At this point, it's 11pm at night, and we can not find a hotel. If you're a single mom with a kid, don't stay here. They'll kick you out and not care.
