Pros:
- They have great breakfast selections
- The front desk girls are always nice
- The rooms are spacious
- Good selection of channels on the tv
- Full size refrigerator with dishwasher
- Great WiFi
- Nice gym and washer/dryer area

Cons:
- The entire shower in general. The design makes NO sense. Only half the shower has a glass wall, water spills out and soaks the entire floor even with the shower head pointed as low as it will go. Showering here is an act of congress, with the extremely hard water, ants crawling everywhere and basically flooding the bathroom
- There’s a mouse problem. Mouse traps everywhere and mice in rooms.
- There’s an ant infestation.
- Housekeeping came to my room every other day which was great, but they would only make the bed when they felt like it. They’d take the trash and towels and never touch the bed.
- They never answer the phone, I called multiple times and no one ever picked up the phone.

I stayed here for a few weeks on a work trip, and overall it was a good experience, but this hotel is not up to par with what I have come to expect from a Residence Inn. They charge $15/day for parking, which I found predatory given that there was no shortage of parking spaces surrounding the building, none of the other hotels in the vicinity charge for parking (at least from what I was able to look up,) and the hotel is not near a bus line, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. so it's not like one could avoid having a vehicle. They also overcharge for coin-operated laundry ($7 a load), don't offer complimentary coffee or ice water in the lobby, don't make the daily newspaper available, and have basic mostly pre-packaged hotel breakfast options (and oddly they make you ask for butter and cream cheese- staff member claims it is "the law" that they can't leave the packets out at breakfast), so more the amenities of a midrange chain hotel room than Residence Inn "level". The staff were pleasant enough, and although the common areas on my floor had a bit of a smell and could have used a deep carpet cleaning the room was good. The traffic sounds didn't bother me, but be aware that the freeway is less than a block from the hotel, so if that bothers you I suggest staying elsewhere. It is a good hotel as long as you don't mind being 3+ miles from the main city of Visalia, but the value for what you are paying may be questionable.

This establishment is very bad The front Was very unhelpful as far as getting us checked in they continuously lied to us about when we could check in. They told me they were gonna give me a certain room on the fourth floor. They had two rooms in the suite and I asked for this two weeks in advance and they still couldn’t help me, I spoke to the manager and she told me that I have the suite on the fourth floor. You should have no problem and when I got to the hotel, they told me I can have that suite, but it will be on the third floor, and I specifically asked them for the fourth floor and they said it would be no problem getting that , I did not get that after all then she told me she was gonna call me once the computer comes back online. We came back without receiving a phone call from the front desk manager I asked if the Computer ready to check me in? She said yes, I asked what happened to the phone call you were gonna give me , she told me the computer just came up, which I know was a lie. We got into the hotel room, and There’s no towels in the room. This hotel is terrible if you value your rest and sleep and relaxation do not come here. This is the worst place ever if I could give it a half star I would .

This Marriott didn't meet the regular marriott standards. At check in the staff was rude and felt as they were being bothered and didn't make you feel welcome, despite paying 250$+ plus a night. Both elevators werent working and the rooms were smaller than a regular residence inn suite. Do yourself a favor and skip this one.

I had a wonderful experience. Clean facilities and modern suites. The manager, Shardine, was very accommodating. I look forward to coming again whenever I’m in the area.

I stayed here for almost 1month Im working out of town on construction. During the 1st week my room was changed 3times due to bad plumbing and poor customer service, It’s real sad when you have to ask staff at a hotel for housekeeping after 3 days, I’m in my 3rd room now but will check out early , The smell of dog piss is overwhelming in the hallways and my room, I must add my WI-FI has been out for 2wks I told them every day ,still only lies noted they say, Also my phone in my room has not been working for 1wk, I usually don’t give reviews but I must tell the truth, please don’t be fooled by the nice lobby, it really not that great, I hope they do better, but I will not come back and WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY COWORKERS,FRIENDS ARE NOBODY,

The good was the rooms were clean with a nice kitchen. Had hot breakfast options.

The bad was they had us down for 1 night instead of 2 at check in. Turns out they mixed up our reservation because they didn't look at the ID I handed them.

Thermostat didn't work the first night.

And really? $15/night for parking in the middle of nowhere for a room that already costs nearly twice the other hotels.

This hotel does not meet Marriott standards at all. Vomit in elevator, missing lotions in rooms. Interior Finishes are poor and not upto Residence Inn standards. There is mildew in shower.

Again, the owner needs to make sure this property meets Marriott standards and it can have potential.
