I appreciate the efforts of the hotel team as they were very professional, but I feel it is important to share my stay experience. Unfortunately, I do not plan to return to this hotel. Although I understand that my feedback may not be significant, I wanted to share my experience to help improve future guest stays.

On the first night, I was woken up by police car lights at 3 AM. When I looked outside, I saw around ten police cars parked at the lobby surrounding the entrance. During my stay, I noticed questionable people walking around the hallways, which made me feel uneasy. In the middle of the night, I heard women screaming and a commotion, which ultimately led me to check out a day early.

I hope this feedback is helpful, this was my experience.

There is more but the above highlighted my overall stay experience.

Location was perfect because it was between my vacation destination but next time I know now where would I stay. I loved stone mountain and there were a lot that is worth returning. Staff were respectful and professional.

I have stayed on true 4 Star and this one in my view is a 3 pushing it

I stayed here after leaving Florida because Milton was heading right at us. The room is nice enough, the beds are quite stiff, pillows very soft and flatten to hard when touched minus 1 star. Furniture is old and dated but functional so no stars removed for that. The location is right off the highway with ample places to eat or entertain around. Service when we arrived was good they were nice and helpful. Even nice when we asked for a late checkout. However we put a few things in our car at 1030 and they called and they were in our room cleaning it out like we left. They removed my phone and other person belongings and moved my mom’s ashes and everything from the table near the trash cart. There’s a reason i asked for a late checkout, I wasn’t leaving yet just grabbing breakfast and putting a bag in the car. Breakfast here is 14.99 per person which is a rip off when your kid just wants 1 thing. The fact that they went in my room and were going through my things makes my blood boil a little bit, especially my mother’s ashes. Maybe check the log before you go in a guest room and start messing with their belongings.

When I walked in to check in I didn’t feel welcome. The lobby and hallways stunk very badly! And I honestly thought that breakfast was included however when checking in was told that it was not. Was given the price of $15 per person for a continental breakfast which for the price I paid for the hotel should have been included. There was someone smoking weed upstairs of our room which filtered down to ours. We reported it and the manager on duty went and sprayed air freshener in the halls and wanted to in our room! No get that person out! After that situation the people upstairs of us stomped and was so noisy for two hours! We did get some burgers from Marlo’s Tavern and it was pretty good. The manager named Kat was amazing. Very good customer service! She is the reason I am giving them 4 stars! The shower head was spraying water from the pipe and the shower curtain was ripped and when reported it was fixed however the plumbers glue was left in the bathroom. Overall the stay was horrible and won’t be staying there again!

Nice hotel with parking lot included. My room was spacious, clean, and not outdated. Did gsvea mini-refrigerator, which many hotels don't anymore. Front desk service was great also, very attentive and welcoming. Joseph is phenomenal.

Charnice bell is very unpleasant and unwelcoming!!! Literally it takes nothing to be kind find another job if you hate your job because hospitality is definitely included in a front desk job!!! I have to speak to corporate behind my stay I’m not letting up ! The lady is nasty! I’ve been to this hotel over 10 times fr never ran into a problem until I seen that face! She didn’t program my keys right and instead of making it right she made it a problem !!

The staff is super friendly and helpful, the building is very old and needs a renovation. Paint is chipping off the walls and all the corners and crevices seem like they need a really deep scrub. Our first room smelled like stale smoke but we were one family of MANY escaping hurricane Milton so the hotel was packed and they couldn't move us until our last night of the 3 nights we stayed. Their breakfast is $15/person and definitely worth it.

I would stay there again bc of how good the breakfast is and how nice the staff is. But the building could definitely use an overhaul!

I think the rooms need to be renovated if they want to ask for $130 a night. I was able to get a much cheaper deal online though. The staff was friendly. Room was clean. My only complaint would be the breakfast...the eggs and grits are too runny and WAY too salty. Selection is good however. But please please please cut down on the salt. I look forward to the breakfast and this was my experience during my last 2 stays.
