I'm do not like staying at hotels just because it's hard to know what your going to get, Quality Inn here in San Angelo I will say is cheapest motel I've stayed at in forever but only in price 60 something. The room has some stains on the carpet some little things here and there but no big deal but as far as clean like bugs absolutely doing a great job. We even did the iron test. The room was great but the lady working last night 10/27/24 is the best!! I wish I would of gotten her name, absolute sweetheart she checked a room with us due to someone else notifying her about ac we did not feel comfortable in that room not knowing if ac was not going to function all night, after this we realized my reservation was already in the system. We need her enthusiasm, hard working, motivated, kind hearted cloned a gazillion times. Thank you so overall this place is nailing it. Most places were sold out in San Angelo this night and I may of gotten the last room so it all worked out great. May y'all all be blessed.

Don’t stay here if you don’t have to.
Mold. Bugs. Spiderwebs. Dust Everywhere. It’s honestly questionable how they are allowed to stay open.
The walls were so thin I heard toots from all sides. Also heard when people went to the restroom. Was a horrible stay.
Military rooms are FAR below standard. Can’t say anything about the regular hotel side.

But the staff are lovely to speak with!!!

Very poor Carly hotel, no breakfast they try to give you these little vouchers at this diner next-door. Was they gonna try to rip you off by adding more expenses on it then a little free breakfast this place is garbage stay away. Damn if the restaurant close they give out these little cheap bag breakfasts garbage hotel, garbage location, garbage city

Kudos to management. They really helped us out in a hard time. Price was fair, service was great and room was clean and well furnished. Cons: ice machine didn’t work and watch out for the restaurant they use for the vouchers. The restaurant, Roxie’s, ripped us off for 18$ on a free breakfast because I added a coffee, extra slice of bacon and change the single piece of toast to a single biscuit. And I was only allowed 1 refill on coffee. The hotel management defended us and I gave the refund to the waitress who deserved it. But the restaurant is not affiliated to the hotel. So don’t let that discourage you from staying at this hotel. I slept well and got a late check out and the staff were great!

An excellent little place to rest at an affordable cost. So let me start by saying, I was very apprehensive when I pulled up, so I asked to look at my room before I checked in. No problem! Gave them my license and I checked the room. It was super clean, smelled very good and secure. There are security cameras everywhere and the woman the front desk was incredibly nice and service oriented. Peter did an amazing fast repair on my door deadbolt. Honestly, I am a hotel snob, but I have stayed here twice due to the price being half of other hotels - book on the app. to save about $12 per night.

The only negative pertains to the restaurant next door who is contracted to do their breakfast. You take a hotel breakfast voucher and they let you select from the free menu. The food is decent, but the restaurant customer service SUCKS. They give you a styrofoam cup and paper plate, even though other patrons are given real dinnerware. They got snippy when I asked for a real coffee cup. They treated an elderly couple (who also used their breakfast voucher) sitting next to me like dirt. That is such a dumb business move on their part, insulting prospective returning lunch customers with cash and those who would upgrade with breakfast additions.

In short the hotel and staff amazing.

Positive: I can park my semi and trailer next to hotel where I can see it from room. Negative: Only one wash cloth. Lots of crickets in room.
