Saubere große Zimmer, nettes Personal, leider etwas weit draußen!

We stay here every six months to visit family. If paying in advance it is a great, affordable deal. The rooms are nice and roomie; have a complete kitchen with a regular size fridge, bar sink, microwave and even dishes if needed. The breakfast is good (NOT gourmet, but ample with the highlight being the small waffle-maker). Employees are very polite and hospitable. We will return over and over.

The prices are competitive, and the atmosphere is quiet with good customer service. The location is easily accessible and provides free parking and breakfast. However, some facilities may need renovation or replacement, although there is a large fridge, a bathroom, a microwave, chairs, and tea-making facilities available. Additionally, they should be more transparent and keep their promises, as well as be more attuned to the external needs of their customers.

Nice Hotel. Front desk and staff at breakfast area were friendly and ready to help. Breakfast was decent and fresh. Only thing it could have been better was beds/mattress.They were definitely not queen beds, more of full size. Otherwise, it was good.

Wonderful hotel for anyone looking to vacation and/or passing through for work in San Angelo. Its location is perfect for groceries and shopping and with the holidays how nice to not have to drive so far out into town! The staff is amazing from reservation to housekeeping to breakfast. You can tell management must be just as awesome!
If I could give it more stars I would!

Monica was a pleasure to deal with. Very friendly and super helpful. Made my stay wonderful. Elizabeth does a phenomenal breakfast in the morning. Very cheerful and pleasant to talk with in the morning. The room service were very efficient. Always offering clean towels or emptying trash and cleaning. Very comfortable hotel. My wife and I enjoy staying here and choose this over anything else in town. Staff is amazing. Thank you and please stay the same welcoming place we have come to enjoy.

Nice clean room with kitchenette, would definitely come again. Reason I didn't give 5 stars was work being done on my window when I was trying to sleep. They had a great breakfast, but the person overseeing it was hovering,rude and speaking loudly to the next table while we were trying to enjoy it.

When we got room at 3:30 it was not made up. Check in is at 3:00. I happen to see a housekeeper down the hall. I told her our room was not made up. She was very nice. She said she would do it when she was done. I told her we would be going out. She said it would be made up when we got back and it was. The next morning we got stuck in the elevator with another couple. I pushed the help button. A recording came on about the problem. The woman at the desk asked if we were OK. I said yes. She said they were working on it. She was standing outside the door and made sure we were all OK. The staff were very nice including Elizabeth in the breakfast area.
