Ein sehr schönes Hampton, gepflegte Einrichtungen und einen warmen Poolbereich (an kalten Wintertagen nicht zu unterschätzen, einen sehr warmen Hot Tub zu haben).||Der Check Inn perfekt und freundlich, wie man von einer Hilton Tochter erwartet.||Beim Frühstück sind die frischen Früchte zu erwähnen. Hier scheint Hampton insgesamt ein Upgrade erfahren zu haben.||Für einen Zwischenstopp ist das Hotel uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.||Fragwürdig ist allenfalls die Preisgestaltung. Dafür setzt man dann halt Punkte ein.

Our room was dirty on arrival. A spill on the tile floor that had dried and remained sticky, mirror in the bathroom was dirty as well as hair on the bathroom floor and sink. The bathtub did not drain properly so I was standing ankle deep in water during my shower. I called the front desk to tell them the room was dirty immediately and was told that housekeeping had left for the day. This hotel has not been updated in decades and is dark and depressing. The very least it should have been is clean. Corporate, if you’re seeing this, you need to make a trip down here to see what’s repping your brand. I would not have stayed here except that we are traveling with other family members who made the reservations for a grandchild’s volleyball tournament.

Very disappointed, Everytime we walked by the front desk this sign was up. Waited 10 mins because my digital key did not work. Customer service is not there.

Rooms are old, dingy and outdated. Bathtub was rusting, mirror is peeling, and the AC was so dirty.

Breakfast was not the same staff as the weekday and she was unfriendly and didn’t want to refill the food station at 9:15am. Regular waffle batter was to runny to make a waffle, the milk was warm, boiled eggs just sitting out and not on ice. Bread station was empty and OJ was watered down.

We have stayed here before with a different experience and this hotel has gone down hill in a few months. Employees were not friendly and this hotel is not up to Hilton honor standards.

The Hampton Inn San Angelo has its pros and cons. While the property is older and in need of updates, our room was clean, and the service was excellent—definitely a highlight of our stay. "For our next visit to the area, we might explore the newer property across town, but the clean rooms and excellent service here make this Hampton Inn a reliable choice

Very disappointed. Noone at front desk. Sign up saying we will be right back. Room did not smell good. My husband broke up with bites o his arm and legs. I had a few on my legs. I would certainly check that room for bed bugs...if I had to stay in San Angelo again it would not be Hampton..

Hotel was shabby and sad. Room was short on lighting and furniture was missing. I was hesitant to walk on the carpet with bare feet. Mold in the shower and sink was cracked. The one bright spot was the woman in the breakfast room. She was welcoming and very helpful.

I would not recommend staying here until some things are resolved. They did not have our rooms ready for over 2 hours past check in time, then the rooms both had an odor to them, and were dirty. There was a hair in one of the sinks and there were several hair ties on the floor in the bathroom on the other room, indicating it had not been cleaned. ||There were no towels in the pool area and when I asked they said they did not have any clean "pool" towels and I could not use the room towels. I wouldn't let the kids in swim after entering the pool area any way because it was cold, cloudy and smelled fishy. And there was what appeared to rust in several areas on the bottom of the pool. Breakfast was a joke. They were "out" of several basic items at breakfast and when the food/drinks that they did have were gone they did not replenish unless asked. Once asked, it then took 15-20 minutes to get more food and coffee out to the guests. ||The staff was dressed very unprofessional, wearing t-shirts and shorts with no name tags. The hotel is outdated and is in need of repairs and remodeling. ||I don't like leaving a bad review but this was UNACCEPTABLE and I don't want other guests to have the same experience. I did make a formal complaint through Hilton so hopefully these issues are addressed soon.
