Great little hotel for our emergency stay. The staff in the evening were great, smiling and kind, the morning person didn’t seem to love her job or even really like it and she did not like to be bothered with any questions. The rooms were clean and cozy except for the coffee pot…that needed a good cleaning and probably disinfection of the innards. Other than that we had a good stay.

Overall decent hotel for the price. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. Some stains on the wall and you can feel the age but again it served us well for two nights. Little breaksfast room with the bear minimum (muffins, donuts, oatmeal bags) so not great there but our kids liked it. They also had a washer/ dryer on our floor which was helpful (3$ each) If the rates stay competitive we will likely be back.

Might be the worst stay in a hotel I’ve had. $165 for terrible showers, breakfast that doesn’t even have fruit, and actual human feces in the lobby restroom sink. If you need more details keep reading.

Coffee machine was being cleaned in the morning or breakfast so no coffee. I would not call it breakfast: prepackaged muffins and toast is about all ya get. No water… Anyway The main lobby restroom had an entire poo in the sink assumedly because there was dookey stains on the actual seat of the toilet. Shower water pressure was nearly zero. The water essentially falls onto you. Not enough to really even get clean. All of that for $165 a night. You should probably pass on this place.

I would add a photo of the dook dook in the sink but I want people to see this review instead of it being deleted.

Staff was friendly, and helpful when I had an issue. This is probably the best hotel in the Fairplay area, and nearby. It is expensive for the quality, but the location is great. The stairs to the 2nd floor are dirty, and parts of the room (e.g., sink and shower) are not as clean as other hotels. The beds looked and clean, so I would probably stay there again.

Everything was good front desk wise, however during our stay housekeeping went into our room to clean it and after the cleaning some of my sons toys were missing... very disappointed as they were toys that were a gift to him.

We booked online after a long drive from Texas. They advertised a 24 hour front desk but the front desk was closed, closes at 10pm. Per the instructions at the front desk I picked up the phone to get ahold of someone but no one answered. After a half a dozen calls with no answer I went back to the truck and made a phone call to the main reservation number for Wyndham and they were able to get the guy on the phone so we could get into our room.||Once in the room we found blood on the sheets, mold in the tub, tub was stopped up, toilet paper was behind the commode on the floor along with hair on the commode. ||We made best out of what we were given as it was late and we were tried. This meant cleaning up enough to take a shower in standing water as the tub did not drain at all.||Checkout time was 11am and we were headed out around 10:50 when there was a knock on the door. It was the assistant manager that lived on-site. He wanted to know when we were leaving and I told him we were on our way out and then I started to explain the disgusting room we slept in but he became upset for some reason. He become downright angry. I then invited him in the room to show him the issues but he refused. We exchanged a few words and then we left after he told us he had our personal information and we were banned from ever coming back.||This guy definitely has anger issues and should not be in a customer service role.||My advice is if you’re looking for a place to stay drive to Breckenridge or sleep in your vehicle at the convenience store down the road.

Not worth the $300 price tag! I would use the term suite very loosely. The satellite box to operate TV wasn't even connected to anything. Even after obtaining instructions to connect it by front office staff it still wouldn't work. This room had a king size bed but the mattress was uncomfortable and in desperate need of replacement. The coffee maker was placed on a table but there wasn't even a plug to plug it into. The jetted tub worked so that was the one good thing, but you'll need it after sleeping on that horrible mattress. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

The beds are comfortable, the room nice size, but this was a work trip, the wifi did not work, nor did the TV. Told it would be fixed the next day, it was not. The hot water took forever to heat up.
Location.... so much construction right now that's not a good question. It is near a nice Chinese restaurant.
