Das neue Hotel verfügt über moderne, gut eingerichtete Zimmer. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut: Das Stadtzentrum kann man zu Fuss in ca. 15 Minuten erreichen oder es gibt auch eine Schwebebahn ins Zentrum (war defekt, als wir da waren). Wir können diese Stadthotel sehr empfehlen.

Always a great stay. This time was a slight exception. Checked in late, went to eat and came back and couldn't get the a/c working in the room. Called the front desk, they sent up someone to check it for us. We were offered to changed rooms, but it was almost 1 AM so we said No so they brought us a fan. Worked pretty good for the most part. Let the front desk know upon check out. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip as we really like this hotel

This was most unforgettable trip and I say that is the worst way ever. The room was very dirty. I complained about to the front desk agent and she stated that she would have the housekeeper manager contact me but I never got a call from them or the manager of the property I’ve tried speaking with them, but I could never catch them because I was either leaving early in the morning or arrived back late to the hotel. I was there on a business trip so my times would fluctuate when I would get in. I ended up going to the Publix around the corner and getting cleaning supplies to clean my room because I was very disgusted. I would never stay at this property again, due to the fact about the condition of the room, the local bars that plays loud music until 2am plus the TV’s needs to be updated to smart TVs another thing I ended up having g to buy a Ruko stick just to watch something good on television, I’m done ranting. The pictures are posted below on the condition on how my room was when I checked in. The first set of photos are before I cleaned my room myself. The second set is the attempt I made re-cleaning my own after I had to go but my own cleaning supplies

The staff is very friendly & accomodating. The noise across the street is INSANE. Bar that plays loud rock music with heavy drums until 2 am. They turn it down a notch at 12 am because of a noise ordinance but if you need a good nights rest, this hotel would not be for you. This is a very sad situation since the hotel is not really at fault. I would not recommend!

My husband and I stayed at The Hilton Garden Inn for several days. Everything was perfect. The lady at the front desk was absolutely precious, though I don't know her name. What an asset she is to The Hilton. The breakfast was wonderful, the best we've had in a long time. Everything in our room was extremely comfortable.

The front desk staff was great. That’s about where it end. I was placed in a handicap room for some reason. The fridge didn’t work and ruined our left overs and food we purchased for breakfast as the breakfast meal is super expensive for just add water eggs and such. Our room was never cleaned or towels restocked for some reason. Bed was not comfortable at all and the blankets are stupid thin and hard to figure out as they are fitted to the bed. Then to be woken up in the early hours by the loud Cuban staff shouting at each other down the hallways all morning while cleaning. Disappointed as we have stayed here before and didn’t have this experience on the last stay. I don’t think we will be back.

This hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly. We had just come in from a 10 hour drive and we were tired. But the staff greeted us with smiles and answered all our stupid questions with smiles. I would definitely come back to this hotel again. And it was walking distance to V Pizza! Which was perfect!
