It's a emergency shelter for the homeless, it's better than being on the streets...(update) it's worse than being on the streets,they are lying, deceptive,crooked and discriminating,half the staff are there to do their job while the other half use what little control they have to manipulate you.
I was there 3 1/2 years and they only applied for 1 apartment during my time,lost my 1st voucher because they let it expire,they tried to turn in false documents to housing under my name and kicked me out for arguing with my wife saying I was in her face but since the then the staff has gotten in my face trying to get me to be violent and make me look bad 3 times within 2 weeks time.
If you have animals they're in danger here because staff feels they know what best for your animal and you; they'll call spca or wait until you're gone and go in your room and chase them off the property I seen it done a dozen times and I had ESAs Emotional Support Animals and they chased them off instead of letting me get them and I'm missing 3-8 year old cats I had since birth.
They are snakes in the grass waiting to strike at you all while pretending to have your best interest in mind, I'm pretty sure this isn't the first time you've heard this and it definitely won't be the last;these shelters are the biggest scam so the bigwigs can embezzle the funding only leaving the unhoused back where they started!

This is no longer available for rooms for the weary traveler. This is part of the homeless act that the city started some time ago. It's not the Hilton or Marriott but you know what, I've found this place to be very insightful during the most difficult times in my life. I've never been homeless and having roommates is not a easy undertaking but the staff here are truly helpful and willing to make sure that you are comfortable in your situation.

This is a transitional residence for homeless people. The look of the website does not match the environment, Entrance and Security poor and filthy. Public funds used for this!

En este caso, tengo emociones encontradas porque por una parte la atención del personal fue MUY agradable, demostraron mucha preocupación sobre nuestra comodidad, además, fueron muy simpáticos. Y eso ha creado que sienta cierta culpa a la hora de describir de manera objetiva mi opinión, aunque lo haré.||||Nos alojamos dos días, y si bien es cierto que el precio de la habitación está muy bien (35 dólares), diría incluso que es el más económico de la zona. También debo decir que dicha zona no es muy buena... hay mucha prostituta, "hombres necesitados", proxenetas y vagabundos merodeando... la verdad es que no lo recomiendo para una familia con niños. En nuestro caso, no nos importó mucho ya que queríamos algo de paso, barato y relativamente cerca de nuestros destinos (Yosemite y Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Park).||||Por otro lado, la habitación era bastante amplia, con una cama muy cómoda y grande, todo muy limpio, la conexión a wi-fi excelente, el baño muy grande también, televisión por cable, aire acondicionado, fácil acceso, parking y con sitios cercanos para comer. La verdad, me volvería a alojar si fuera para algo como lo que hicimos... de paso. || ||Los únicos inconvenientes que pasamos fue que una de las toallas estaba demasiado manchada, pero fue la única, el resto todo bien. Y, una de las noches escuchamos una discusión bastante fuerte, pero al día siguiente el encargado nos pidió disculpas...||||Espero ayude a los viajeros!! 😉

Very disgusting room. I have never been so grossed out by a hotel/motel room. $5 would be overpaying for this room. I feel like I'm in a disease infested room. I'm scared to touch anything. I feel like calling someone to shut this motel down. I give this place negative 20 stars. DO NOT STAY HERE. Spend the extra $20 for Ramada Inn. Trust me.

Despite some unflattering reviews, I stayed here anyway (7-9-17). The room wasn't bad, but the guy at the front desk charged me an additional $5 (after telling him I'd like to pay in cash) over what my online booking stated. Perhaps he knew he could get away with cheating me and pocketing the difference, due to it being a cash transaction. Bottom line: I would have been willing to stay there again if I hadn't been ripped off. To the Indian guy in the office: stupid move, dude!

Nella nostra tappa per Yosemite Park ci siamo fermati a Fresno: il motel è in una zona di facile accesso perchè vicino alla highway (vi sono anche tutti gli altri motel tipo motel 6,etc) tuttavia la è un po' desolante. Su tre stanze prenotate, una era decisamente KO, le lenzuola sporche tanto da dover dormire vestiti, le altre due passabili se si considera un'arredamento tipico di un motel americano, immancabile moquette che fa sembrare sempre l'ambiente un po' sporco.||Certo un punto a favore era il prezzo circa 40 $ .

You wouldn't believe it but I was walking up stairs and right before you got to my brother's door , there was a. Used condom there, right on the floor not 5 feet from it this is the worst flea bag Motel Ever I do not recommend to my worst enemy streetwalkers everywhere with no shame and the manager or owner walks around like nothing's going on trash all over the ground everywhere, that place should be condemned. Very disappointed. The owner should be reported welfare. And fined. I wish I could suck that dude in the face
