Location and customer service is 5 stars! I loved the vibe at this hotel. Overall if they changed a few things it would be a full 5 star stay. They need to get rid of all of the towels and get new ones or just have black ones. The sheets also had some holes in them. The beds were comfortable!

We stayed in a 2 double room and it was very small, too small for our suitcase as well. But regardless I really liked the hotel and I would definitely stay here again.

We had such a great experience here during our 5 night stay.

Exceptionally helpful staff who had a relaxed, professional vibe, including the lovely people who served us breakfast in the cute and comfy cafe (named good chemistry) attached to the hotel.
The coffee was very good! Exceptionally clean room. Simply a very easy place to stay.
A short walk to central station and easy walking distance to the gallery, parks, supermarkets, great Thai food and more.
We’ll be back.

We had a wonderful experience at The Ace Hotel Sydney. The staff there are simply amazing. They are genuinely kind and courteous, they cannot do enough for you, and always with a smile. Our room was lovely, not huge, but, you get what you pay for. We had a friend stay in a suite, and we had a look and wow!!! it was incredible. We would highly recommend staying at The Ace. Great food, but exemplary service.

Enjoyed a great weekend staying here. Rooms are modern and clean. Bit of street noise but nothing unexpected given the location. Short walk to the CBD and major sites, and nearby good restaurants and weekend options. We only inspected the rooftop restaurant/bar and it looks a very nice, sunny and upmarket option. Staff were friendly. Would stay again.

Super cool vibe hotel with awesome artworks and great ambience as you walk in. Fantastic reception staff (fixed a problem for me pretty quickly). Rooms are spotlessly clean and super comfy bed. I had great views from my 11th floor room. Loved the food at Loam and the cocktails at the ground floor bar. Brilliant location. You cannot go wrong at this funky n fab hotel. Ace is ace!

Wish we didn't have to leave. My partner and I stayed at the Ace hotel for a couple of nights. We loved everything about our room. From the bathtub to the guitar (which my partner was happy to play being a muso) and even the vinyl player. The bed was comfortable and the shower was amazing.
The hotel is in a good location as we found we could walk to alot of places or catch an uber. We enjoyed breakfast in the hotel Cafe in the morning - they make good food and coffee. Staff at the Ace hotel were friendly and helpful. thank you for a nice stay. we'll be back soon.

Bon hôtel assez central. Déco des chambres sympa. Plutôt calme (au 7e étage). Bar au rez-de-chaussée. Bonne ambiance le soir. Restaurant assez bon. On peut y passer quelques heures sympa pour travailler ou boire un café
