Wir haben hier einen wirklich tollen Service genossen, von der Ankunft bis zur Verabschiedung ins Taxi, alle sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und zu 99% auch kompetent. Kleine Ausnahme: es gibt Verwirrung weil eine Bar und das Frühstücksrestaurant einen anderen Betreiber haben, der 10% Konsummationsrabatt als SPG Member war wohl nicht bekannt. Dafür sind die Bars schick, die Drinks ordentlich (zur Happy hour hingehen!), das Fitness-Center brauchbar, die Lage perfekt, und der Conciergeservice grandios. Wir haben mehrere Restaurant-Empfehlungen angenommen und waren sehr gut beraten. Thanks to Mireille!!|Mini Negativpunkte: die Zimmer sehen auf den Bildern weitaus grösser aus als sie sind und der Minibar-Service ist etwas unzuverlässig.

Verbrachte dort kürzlich zwei Nächte aus Anlass eines Wochenendaufenthalts und kann - mit einer einzigen Ausnahme - nur gutes über das Hotel sagen. Das Personal war extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend, ausgesprochen nett und super-hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und modern, in einem guten Zustand und sauber. Internet ist zwar nicht kostenfrei (und wie üblich in Hotels recht teuer), funktioniert aber immerhin mit recht guter Geschwindigkeit. Die Hotelbars sind sehr gut und Freitag und Samstag Abend auch gut besucht. Alles in allem daher "top notch". Einzige Beschwerde: der Concierge. Seine Empfehlungen waren - gelinde gesagt - absoluter Mist. Unser erster Abend war damit ziemlich kaputt. Besser man macht sich selbst auf die Suche.

Das ist ein typisches, durchgestyltes W Hotel - von der Lobby, über die Bar bis in die Zimmer. Das W befindet sich in einem ehemaligen, alten Bankgebäude in Downtown Montréal. Die Lage ist 1a um die Stadt zu erkunden - vom Hotel kann sogar direkt mit dem Fahrstuhl zur U-Bahn-Station. Die Altstadt und der Hafen sind fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen; direkt vor dem Hotel ist eine Bixi-Fahrradstation. Unser Zimmer war sensationell - mit offenem Badezimmer und freistehender Badewanne. Sicherlich ist das Geschmackssache, aber es ist wirklich cool.

My partner and I recently spent a long weekend in Montreal and stayed at the W. It was perfect from check-in to check-out. The location was well situated right between downtown and Old Montreal. Our room was very spacious, well appointed, and clean. All of the staff were friendly and helpful but one, in particular, stood out. Before we even arrived, we received assistance from Mauricio. He was such a wealth of information and definitely made our stay more enjoyable. You cannot go wrong if you choose the W as your hotel while in Montreal.

A special highlight was when the reception team arranged a surprise birthday celebration for my wife—what an incredible touch!||||Toni at the concierge desk went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, offering excellent recommendations and ensuring our stay was perfect. The young lady at the front desk (who I believe was from Algeria) was also amazing. I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name, but her warmth and attentiveness made a huge impression on us. She truly went the extra mile to make our stay even more memorable.||||The vibe at the W Hotel is absolutely off the hook—vibrant, chic, and energetic. It was a truly unique and fun experience. I absolutely loved this hotel! Before my arrival Mauricio reached out and asked about all the details of my trip. He went above and beyond setting up places to eat & for us to go out at night. Both the restaurant & night club he recommended were also great! The vibes were on point from the moment we walked into the hotel and there was even a little treat waiting for us in our room. It made the start of our trip even more exciting.

Check out was even great. Alejandro was so friendly and so helpful. We walked to brunch and when we got back he had the car out and packed with our luggage just in time for our arrival so we were able to just go and get on the road.

Loved my experience here and cannot wait to come back and spend more time.

I recently stayed at the W Montreal, and it was an absolutely exceptional experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcomed and attended to every detail with care and professionalism.
The service was impeccable throughout my stay. Mauricio went above and beyond with dining recommendations and securing reservations, and the staff made amazing cocktails at the W Connector lounge in the vinyl room. I can’t wait to stay here again!
