I am astonished at the level of care exhibited from Dr. Ho. I was referred for an illness. During the first consultation with him, he confirmed a surgical procedure was required; his office scheduled it to take place 4 weeks later. My insurance decides they need a CT scan and another consult, so Ho’s office postponed the surgery scheduled in 4 weeks. During this 2nd consult, he now says surgery would not be helpful. Although he was assertive and pushed for the surgery to take place with no CT scan from the start, had my insurance not pushed for a scan, I would have undergone a procedure he deemed would be unhelpful and wouldn’t resolve my concerns.
Aside from this, he showed lack of professionalism in the consultation room each time, by not allowing me to ask questions and instructing me to “hang tight, I will be back.” He never returned and his staff gets you to come check-out. He needs to understand some of us never undergo surgery and have a couple questions in order to help our nervousness.

My experience with Dr. Tang Ho was outstanding! I came in to open up my collapsed nostril/ deviated septum. He ensured I was informed and consistently checked in and provided updates to my family while I was under. A year post-op and couldn't be happier with the results!

Dr. Ho is the plastic surgeon I can trust. He listened to my concerns and offered his professional opinions and I felt very confident in what he thought was best for me. The day of my procedure he and his team were so caring and reassuring and went over every detail with me. I am very happy with my results. I would highly recommend Dr. Ho for any facial procedures as he is an incredible surgeon.

Dr. Ho is excellent! He chose the right type of surgery for me and performed it perfectly. Also, it was practically painless. He just now removed the stints after a week of recovery, and I can finally breathe very well through my nose for the first time in years! I highly recommend this surgeon, not only for his expertise, but for his kind and funny manner.

My experience with Dr. Ho was outstanding. He took time to talk through the procedure to help me understand exactly what the surgery would be and what I would be experiencing post surgery. After rhino and septoplasty, I had very little to no pain and my recovery was excellent. I would trust Dr. Ho with surgery for other family members and highly recommend him to anyone else looking for a procedure.

Dr. Ho is simply amazing. He truly listens to all your questions and concerns. I came to him last year with a deviated septum that I have had previous surgery on somewhere else (but failed to correct the deviated septum). Here I am a year later and am extremely happy with my results. He performed rhinoseptoplasty to fix my deviated septum from the inside out. I am very happy with my results and the recovery process. Dr. Ho also has superb bed side manners and always looked me in the eyes while talking, never interrupted me, and truly supported me through the entire process.
