Do not be scared by some of the neg reviews! This is an awesome hotel.
Staff was courteous , breakfast was amazing all 4 days we were there, small gym all to myself and the room was great!
Shoutout to olive at the front desk you were so nice and helpful!
Location is great , 0 foot traffic felt very safe at night didn't worry about my vehicle.
*Room was unbelievably clean!
*No hidden fees!
*Added on a day at last minute with no issues at same price.
*Breakfast was always crowded because they had bacon,eggs,potatoes ,cereals,bagels,fruits,pancakes,waffles and oatmeal,etc. (the meat is different each day)
Note: if you are complaining about things like an adjustable chair , the placement of the shampoo bottles in the shower or the air cond blows on you when you are sitting at the desk you probably can't be pleased no matter where you are at !!!!!!!!!! the problen is probably you not the property!

Nice hotel. Great continental breakfast. Nice staff. Very nice room for the price. Very quiet. Only negative comment was that the hot water was out in the hotel which meant no hot showers. We mentioned that upon check out in the front desk staff said they were aware of it. But we were never informed when we checked in that it was out. There was nothing more than oh sorry. Should have been a slight discount and price to have to put up with that. Other than that I do recommend this hotel.

My family and I usually stay at a different hotel but we were unable to book there this weekend so we ended up here. The staff is friendly but the room needs a lot of work. The room was spacious (2 beds, mini fridge, counter space, decent sized bathroom). The toilet kept running (the entire stay). We also had issues with the sink's drain but maintenance came to check on things (he showed up immediately ) and the sink drained faster. We were told, after we checked out, the room would be closed and marked as, "out of order". When I pulled back the comforter and first sheet back on one of the beds, there was hair and multiple stains on the second sheet. Cleanliness is the most important part of staying in a hotel (my opinion). I understand things happen but I hope time is taken to properly clean and repair the issues at this location. Breakfast was pretty good. There was a nice variety.

Hampton is always my choice for my travels! Rooms very clean and well kept. Only down fall of this location is the soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower its located on the side making which makes showering difficult being so tight. All other locations I been to so far been located on the back wall. Besides that always a great time at Hampton!

Originally I tried booking the Homewood Suites that shares the parking lot here, but they were full and I couldn’t get a double bed room. This Hampton Inn location is okay, but it needs some serious attention.
The rooms are outdated and overall kind of dingy. The light fixture on the bathroom ceiling fell down when I closed the bathroom door and almost hit me in the head before crashing on the floor and shattering. When I called the front desk, they seemed confused and asked me what they should do about it since maintenance had already left for the day. Eventually someone came up and cleaned it up but I stayed several more nights and no one apologized or ever mentioned it again. Also, the lights throughout the room were all different colors and it just made it feel like no one cared about maintenance. The tv in the room was tiny. Probably a 32” or something like that. Not a big deal, but it also made the room feel really old.
It was very hot during our stay, so we utilized the pool several nights which was very nice. However, it was obviously neglected. There were hardly any towels available and the pool and whirlpool were full of leaves and bugs. There was also a strong smell of gas coming from the pool maintenance room near the entrance to the pool area.
The beds were comfortable enough, and the breakfast was pretty good. It was included with our stay and was standard continental breakfast. The dining area was very nice and the breakfast staff were very friendly.
There were several times I considered leaving this hotel and trying again to get a room at the Homewood suites on the other side of the parking lot.
Also, before leaving this review, I tried contacting this hotel by leaving feedback on Hilton’s website and by leaving a review from Hampton inns email asking me how the trip went. I still have not heard back from the hotel or from Hilton regarding my stay.

Me and my boyfriend have been staying at the Hampton while we’re in between places , looking for our new home. Olive has treated us so good here that this has felt like home. It’s gonna be hard to leave, Thank You Olive!!!

Experience was not good. First off, the receptionist was rushing me to get out of the jacuzzi. He seemed bothered with our stay. I've never stayed at a place where someone is obsessed with kicking people out. I know he isn't the owner of this establishment. My other BIG issue were the bugs and ants that were crawling on the bed. When I asked priceline for a refund; they said no. And of course, I took pictures. The shower had no shampoo; only conditioner and lotion. I really was expecting something pleasant. However, it turned out to be a great failure. When I brought it up to the desk staff's attention ; she just mentioned that she would notate the experience but offered no type of reimbursement ; not even a partial credit. But anyway! That's why people are so picky with hotels nowadays ; the service and sense of urgency stink. I won't be back

Originally had a room on the third floor which had no ac in the hallway. Giant fans were running throughout the hallway. Per reviews two months ago this was an issue then also. I was told the ac couldn’t keep up with the heat; however, the rooms had ac. I had to ask for a room on the first floor instead. We weren’t warned by the front desk receptionist about this or offered a different room. We had to ask for it after we went up and saw the condition. Parking lot contains numerous signs of Park at your own Risk. Nearby area has numerous homeless people. Breakfast typical Hampton Inn. Breakfast is the only time that water was provided unless you purchased it at the front desk or drank from a water fountain. Given the heat outside this should be a standard service to provide at least a water dispenser with cups in the reception area.
