The room was great, and housekeeping staff was attentive. The housekeeper Nellie was very helpful and offered to help carry our items to the room. Breakfast was also pretty good as well, thanks Randy! Miss Vicki (front desk) made check in a breeze! Thanks for a great stay

Positive: "" Negative: The hotel is right on the highway. Extremely loud. No water pressure in the shower. outdated tv. Smelled moldy. The hallways were falling apart. The ceiling in the staircase looked liked it had collapsed. Just not a good experience. Will not be staying.

Positive: Good location. The only reason I would give it a "5" is because the staff was polite and the location. Negative: The hotel was very dated. The toilet did not work, you had to take the lid off and operate it manually. Tile in bathroom needs repair. Beds were not comfortable.

Room was clean enjoyed the fact high dusting was taken care of housekeeping staff was very pleasant greeted us in the hallways asked if we need anything extra had a smile the general manager was pleasant she was very attentive breakfast was decent front desk was present , greeted us .

Positive: Morning Breakfast Helper on duty Negative: $100 per pet/per day fee is nuts. should have been upfront information. Twice staff entered our room for no reason including locking our key cards out again for no reason

Staff was friendly. Staff tried their best to accommodate. The room was horrible. The blinds had been burned with cigarettes and had tears. Walls had holes that were patched and not painted. Wallpaper was peeling off. Desk lights inoperable. Mirror light inoperable. Shower tile rusty and flaking. AC filter filthy. Room had a light oder of urine or sweat. The emergency exit, North 2nd floor, was blocked off by management.

Room was dared and very humid. Blinds were broken with holes in it. Body wash in shower was empty. Doors are so loud you hear everyone coming and going all hours of the early morning. This Tuesday night they were charging $150 a night for what like a $50 a night room. When all of this was brought up at check out it was the typical sorry about that I’ll pass it on. At that point I just said thank you and I won’t be back.

I'm giving them 2 stars because although they are "pet friendly" they charged us more for our 20 lb dog than the cost of the room. The room was fine, but $20 to $50 is normal for a dog fee, they charge $100. That needs to be disclosed since refunds are not available when you pre-pay through Priceline.
